Un mes más os traemos las novedades más interesantes de Zoho para febrero de 2026, incluyendo actualizaciones de producto publicadas oficialmente, cambios de políticas y noticias del ecosistema.

Pero antes de lanzarnos a las actualizaciones, compartimos las últimas novedades sobre los workshops de Zoho España 2026 en Madrid:

 Actualizaciones de producto — Febrero 2026 

 Zoho Creator 

Durante el mes de febrero, nuestro equipo de Creator ha estado trabajando en las siguientes novedades:

  • Cambiar dirección de email de usuario del portal: Super Admins y Admins pueden actualizar el email de acceso de usuarios portal desde la sección de Portal Users. El usuario deberá verificar la nueva dirección antes de volver a acceder.

  • Configuración de días de confianza de MFA: los admins pueden definir cuántos días un dispositivo queda "confiado" antes de pedir MFA de nuevo. El rango va de ninguno a 30 días, con 7 días como valor por defecto.

  • Límite de widgets ampliado de 50 a 200 por cuenta.

  • Batch workflows mejorados: ahora se detienen automáticamente tras 15 fallos consecutivos para evitar consumos innecesarios de cuota.

  • Blueprint tasks mejoradas: puedes pasar el nombre del stage y del blueprint dinámicamente mediante variables en Deluge, en lugar de hardcodearlos.

  • Módulo Operations en Developer Console: nueva área centralizada que incluye gestión de capacidades IA (Zia, con soporte para OpenAI, Anthropic y Google vía BYOK), acceso de soporte e integraciones de sistema.

  • Soporte de entornos para apps instaladas: las apps del Marketplace (o compartidas privadamente) ahora pueden probarse en entornos de stage antes de publicarlas a producción.

  • Mejoras de seguridad en la integración con Google Drive: el acceso ahora se limita estrictamente a los archivos que el usuario selecciona explícitamente. Se requiere una reautorización puntual.

 Zoho Analytics 

Desde el 9 de febrero, Zoho Analytics On-Premise soporta Microsoft Graph con OAuth para el envío de notificaciones por email, mejorando la compatibilidad con entornos Microsoft 365.
