Zoho Creator or Zoho DB & Reports?

Zoho Creator or Zoho DB & Reports?

Am trying to decide about utilizing apps in Z Creator or Z DB & Reports. It seems to me that the latter is the more powerful app. There are similar apps like Project Manager and Issue Manager in both. However more apps are being created for Z Creator. So I'm wondering which one others here are using. I'm in the process of creating a Z Business Virtual Office - http://cybersurfer2349.wiki.zoho.com/SMBOnline-Virtual-Business-Office.html and wanted to get some feedback.
