Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integration

I have integrated our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books account. I was able to view the Zoho Books module within Zoho CRM with no issues. I am the admin of both our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books accounts. However when one of my uses try to access the Zoho Books module within Zoho CRM they get the message Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator.

After checking, it seems like only with admin profiles in Zoho CRM can access the Zoho Books modules. I don't want to give admin profiles to our sales agents. When I return their profiles back to their normal standard profiles, they get the error message.

Can you help me with this? We need this integration to work by the end of the week.

I followed https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-finance-suite/ but it doesn't mention giving admin profiles to access the Zoho Books modules
