I followed the instructions on this page to install the add-in: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/integrations/microsoft/ms-outlook-add-in-for-zoho-crm/articles/outlook-add-in-for-zoho-crm#Understanding_the_add-in

But I don't see the options in Outlook to access Zoho CRM for email as mentioned in the webpage and the add-in is listed in the "Manage Apps" section. I'm using Outlook on the web browser (https://outlook.office.com/mail/) and desktop Outlook app on Mac.

Any ideas on how to get this to work?
