Zoho CRM Sync - Only sync selected records
When you go into Campaigns to initiate the sync with CRM, you get told that "All Records will be synced with Zoho Campaigns".
What if I don't want all records to be synced, but only the ones that have subscribed to our Newsletter?
CRM, as I expect is the same for a lot of people, is used for Sales which means that there are a lot of Leads (and potentially Contacts) who never gave us permission to market to them or are not of interest.
