A colleague that now doesn't work in my company created our ZOHO CRM account.

When he created the ZOHO CAMPAINGS accoun I think he did in the wrong way because we have 3 users in the CRM but 2 accounts in campaings with two different users in each one.

I tried to merge the two campaings accounts but I wasn't been able to do that.

How can I know which CAMPAING account is the one linked to the CRM?

How can I merge correctly the two CAMPAING accounts and link the resulting one to the CRM?
