Zoho CRM <> Zoho Campaigns sync hangs in Awaiting state

I created a sync today which is hanging in Awaiting status for about 45 mins:

ICD depot sync_06_Jun_2017   is   Awaiting ;     Started on 06 Jun 2017, 01:31 PM;

Normally all syncs are executed within 5-10 minutes. I have also noticed today all syncs have been in red (inactive) state today.

Could you have a look and advise?
