Did something recently change with how Notifications and Workflows work? Up until last week, all of my workflows and alerts that have been setup are being completely ignored. I've had a workflow setup to alert my agents and my customers when a ticket was assigned. It worked fine up until now where it is sending out multiple alerts everytime the ticket is commented on. Nothing has changed on my end. 

I also have a workflow setup for closed tickets when a customer tries to reply to a closed ticket, they are notified that the ticket has been closed, please open a new ticket. That is now being ignored as well and the customer reply reopens the closed ticket.
