Hey developers!

Running a business can get quite overwhelming especially when juggling multiple tools like those in the Zoho ecosystem. Although integrating most of them is a piece of cake, manual intervention is needed at times.

Being able to automate as many manual processes as possible can really lighten the load of anyone part of a business. This is what our host for the day, @Olivier Anh, set out to do and accomplished!

In this Zoho Developer Hangout session, he takes us through a workflow that automates a wide range of manual tasks involving a number of products in the Zoho product suite, such as Zoho CRM, Cliq, Books, and more. As an independent consultant based in Switzerland, Olivier specializes in implementing and configuring Zoho One for businesses. His expertise lies in optimizing organizational processes by leveraging this comprehensive software suite.

With two decades' experience in web development and project management, he has always been on the lookout to broaden his skill set. In 2019, he seized the opportunity to lead the migration and implementation of Zoho One for a client, allowing him to deepen his mastery of the platform.

His current approach is to design integrated solutions for his customers, using several applications from the Zoho ecosystem. This global approach aims to create a coherent, high-performance system, rather than limiting himself and his customers to a single application.
