ZoHo forum system response/performance is really slow?

ZoHo forum system response/performance is really slow?

Hi,

Is there anything you can do about the forum performance, I posted a small message and it takes a while, I click on a forum and it takes a while for it to come up - it just seems real slow. I am on the east coast so I do not know if that has any affect? I am using high speed xDSL with the firefox browser.
