But, here's my real issue:
I decided to say goodbye to Gmail for handling my mail and just use ZohoBusiness (Calendar, ZohoMail, etc.), which seemed like a good idea. However, I now have seemed to now have lost the ability to look up a contact with in ZohoMail as I did in Gmail. And, when I add a task, it goes into my ZohoBusiness task list, not Zoho CRM. Where is the tight integration between ZohoMail and ZohoCRM?
Why isn't there the same level of integration with product that I pay additionally for from Zoho equal or better than a free one from Google(mail)? I know I can add email address as a new Lead, Contact or Event, but that seems trivial.
