Zoho Mail is Broken.

I have followed all Zoho's instructions on how to get emails from my domain to be picked up by Zoho's mail servers, with very patchy results. It seems to be getting some (few) emails, but I have confirmed that it's dropping a whole lot more. Until this is fixed so it's actually reliable, I'm telling my company to put a halt to any plans that involve using, recommending, and/or reselling Zoho's package.
