We would like to let you know that Zoho Mail is currently experiencing technical issues in sending and receiving emails. Due to this reason, the processing of emails is getting delayed and a queue backlog is currently being observed. Our backend engineering team has identified the issue and working on fixing the same with very high priority.
Once the queue backlog gets cleared, emails will get delivered accordingly. There is some delay in storing the emails in your sent items folder which are also being checked along with this issue.
We will keep you updated once the issue is fully resolved. Please bear with us till then.
