Zoho not saving my changes to plain text emails
When Zoho automatically generates plain text versions of my email camapigns, there are MANY extra line spaces.
I have manually gone in -- twice -- to edit the plain text email. Then I SAVE my work.
However Zoho -- each time -- reverts to its own automatically generated plain text emails and does NOT use my saved version in my test emails.
WHy?
