Zoho OneAuth on Windows 11 Pro Keeps Crashing And NOT Working / TOTP Codes Generated on Android Phone Do NOT Work Consistently

There are major problems with using Zoho OneAuth on both Windows 11 and also on Android from past few days.

1.
My Windows 11 computer is fully updated with all patches and security updates from Windows Updates.

I have installed Zoho OneAuth on my Windows 11 and Zoho OneAuth keeps crashing.

It used to work fine a few days ago and suddenly it has started giving these problems both at startup and after logging in.

I uninstalled the Zoho OneAuth program and re-installed it from Microsoft Store to fix the problem. It did not.

As soon as I start the program, it gives the following error notification.

If I try to Sign In, it sends a Push Notification to my phone with three numbers and on clicking the correct number, it is accepted on phone with a green screen with tick mark. But the OneAuth on desktop again gives following error.

Please help me resolve the same as I cannot use Zoho OneAuth on my PC due to above. The main reason to switch to Zoho OneAuth is due to its multi device capability including Android and Windows Desktop and syncing capability.

2.
I also found that when Zoho OneAuth is open for a long time on my Samsung Galaxy M35 Android mobile, it needs to be Refreshed regularly and/or the Zoho OneAuth app needs to be closed and re-opened very frequently only after which the TOTP codes generated by it are accepted by the website where I have used Zoho OneAuth for 2FA.

I found this after substantial time as Zoho OneAuth is the only authenticator app set at the site for 2FA and it used to work fine few days ago. So, there is no reason for giving the message "Invalid code" when I enter the TOTP generated.

Once I Refresh the app and/or Close the Zoho OneAuth app and re-open it, the TOTP codes generated by it are accepted by the website. This happens very frequently.

This has also started happening few days ago and was not the problem at start when I installed the app.

Also please let me know as to what category and sub Category should I use for Zoho OneAuth related problems as I can neither find Zoho Accounts or Zoho OneAuth or Security in the existing category and sub category lists.
