I am having trouble installing the Zoho CRM Outlook plugin.  I have a 64 bit machine and when I installed the pluign, the installer gave me no error message, but I could not find anything in Outlook 2010.  

The installer said the files would be installed in C:\Program Files\ZOHO\Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook\ but no files were there.

I then tried to install the 32 bit version and that was installed into C:\Program Files (x86)\ZohoCRMOutlookPlugin  (it was actually there) but part of the installation was installing Microsoft's KB908002 fix.  

KB908002 failed and would not install and so again, I can't see the plugin within Outlook.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to next steps.
