Zoho overview/training

I want to learn about all the features of Zoho - we are currently using it, but I think there are functions that can better serve us. I am particularly interested in a function that will allow sales people in the field to add site visits to their calendars, and I can see the calendars of all salespeople so I can track their site visits. Is there any type of training or overview offered that explains all of the functions of Zoho so I can get an idea of what it can do for our business? Thanks.
