While using Zoho People, I observed that the attendance regularization is showing wrong total hours when applied to past dates. For example, if a check-in is added at 10:00 AM and check-out at 6:00 PM for a previous date, the system sometimes calculates incorrect total working hours. However, when the same request is made for the current day, the calculation seems accurate.
This inconsistency can affect payroll accuracy and employee records. For organizations relying on HRMS software for small business, such issues can create confusion and extra workload for HR teams.
Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if there is a configuration that needs to be updated?
