I am trying to find a work-around to the limitation of not being able to restrict an employee from clocking back in from a meal break less than a specified time (30-min). The current option is to record a 30-min meal break automatically for each employee, but this is illegal in California. 

Anyone know how to set restrictions on meal breaks to a minimum time?
