Zoho People Unable to apply half-day in Leave Application

I am currently using 2 accounts in ZOHO People. 1 account will link to http://people.zoho.com/hrms when I logged in and another account will link to http://people.zoho.com/people. From the Second link, I am able to apply for half-day leave with the Dropdown list of "Is half-day" (True or False) but I can't find the same Dropdown list field in the First link.
