Zoho really needs a unified Help section
If I'm trying to find out how to do something in Zoho, and I click on Help, I'm presented with User Guide, FAQ, Forums, Support and Blogs. Only the Forums and Blogs options are searchable.
I'm new to this, and I find that the majority of my time is spent trying to find answers about how to do something or if something can be done in Zoho Projects. I have to go to the User Guide, FAQ, Forums and Blogs individually to find out any of these things. Unfortunately, the User Guide is very basic and leaves out a lot, the FAQ is helpful to a point, but it doesn't address a lot of things either.
A HUGE time-saver would be to implement a Search feature within Help that can search all of the pages under Help and return results no matter what section they are in. Then have all specific areas like the FAQ or User Guide have their own Searches. Many Support areas for corporations work like that. Being able to find answers in one step would keep Zoho from being a huge time-sucker and also might cut down on requests to the support staff.
