Zoho Should Improve Efficiency and User Experience in Zoho Inventory

We have been using Zoho Inventory extensively, there are several areas where we believe improvements could significantly enhance user experience and efficiency. Below are the specific issues and suggested enhancements:


  1. Default Carrier Setting for Shipments: When creating shipments manually, it would be helpful
    to have a setting that allows us to set a default carrier. Many companies,
    including ours, primarily use one main carrier (FedEx in our case). 

  2. Cursor Behavior in Item Table: When creating a sales order, purchase order, etc.,
    after adding an item, the cursor should automatically jump to the next
    item selection instead of the "Add a description to your item"
    field. 

  3. Inventory Tracking and Non-Sellable Items: There should be an option to track an item's
    inventory and mark certain items as non-sellable. For instance, items that
    are only sold as part of a kit should not appear as standalone sellable
    items in the sales order item table.

  4. Default Shipping Charge: It would be highly efficient to have a default
    shipping charge amount for sellers with flat-rate shipping, eliminating
    the need to manually enter the same amount for each order.

  5. Emailing Multiple Contacts: When emailing a customer who has multiple email
    addresses in their profile, there should be an option to select all
    in the "send to" and "cc" sections.
