I've ran a few online spam tests that receive emails sent from zoho campaigns. Everything that I can control within my emails is passing their tests, however items I cannot control... I cannot fix, as they are zoho items.

Here are a few items that I need zoho to fix immediately...

Issue One: (Negative Spam Rating -5%)

Zoho Image without ALT description is dropping my score by 5%... Zoho please add an alt option to this image...

Issue Two: (Negative Spam Rating -20%)

Also... lists are coming back as broken URL:

The two issues above are costing my emails -25% ... please look into this. I understand the /click.zc? may take a while, but adding an "alt" to the *.gif images should be a quick fix on your end.
