Zoho Support - Again!

I've been using Zoho One for over 5 years and it seems the level of support just goes from bad to worse. The only thing that has kept me with them this long is the product itself. When something goes wrong, it is a mandatory 2 days wait for a response - even on follow ups, which are required because the answers support give a never correct.

As an example, I raise a request for a landing page domain not verifying, despite having the correct CNAME records in DNS - as per the instructions on their page - EXACTLY

2 Days later.... "We can see the domain in the system but it didnt activate properly, try delete and re-add". OK, done,

another 2 days later ... "You do not have SPF records configured for your domain" (nowhere does it mention you need SPF records to just verify a domain"; despite that, I added SPF records and responded, requesting specific instructions, because their response was so vague)

another 2 days later ... "Our engineers have looked and said the domain needs SPF records for verification" (Did they even read my previous response? I asked for specific instructions and got another canned response). 

Zoho, are you deliberately trying to sabotage your customers business ? I honestly believe ChatGPT could probably solve issues more effectively; on second thoughts, perhaps that's what your team are using.
