I'm not referring to the Zoho App.

I'm talking about the support Zoho offers their users here in this forum.

Posts going back 28 DAYS with no response from Zoho employees.

If you aren't going to monitor the forum and respond to the posts by users then just get rid of this forum. Don't make people think really are interested in our feedback or supporting the users who come here.
