3x Zoho files are loading slow on my website:

The files which load slow are:
1) https://salesiq.zoho.com/widget

2) https://css.zohostatic.com/salesiq/Mar_27_2019_https/styles/floatbutton.css

3) https://js.zohostatic.com/salesiq/Mar_27_2019_https/js/floatbutton.js



Is this a normal load time? if not, what can i do to improve it? Please do have a look at my website in the link above.
