"number of rows" not properly counted
Hello, We're currently using the reports standard plan which allows us to upload up to 500,000 rows. According to the suscrption/usage page we are currently using 497,213 and that's not correct at all. We have 3 databases with less than 70,000 rows among all of them, so we are pretty sure the counting process on your side is not working right. We apreciate your help and thank you in advance. How to store only time like HH:mm:ss in zoho reports. I have changed my column type to Date and given the format as "HH:mm:ss" on dashboard, but I try to insert data, it gives me error.

Reports not generating
Hi None of my reports will generate - they open and load and then get stuck "generating" and then time out. I didn't have a problem with these reports before. I am able to create a new report, but it also gets stuck generating. Please assist urgently. Thanks Davina

Import from zoho creator into zoho reports
I am having difficulty importing from zoho creator into zoho reports. Normally I would just copy the permalink, with publish enabled, and paste that link into the Data Location, selecting Web. For some reason this has stopped working, it only imports, a single cell with the entire document in it, rather then splitting it up, and displaying the rows normally. I have tried changing the view from List to Spreadsheet, and I have also tried to create a custom url, for CSV, but it's just not importing.

Auto Delete Rows in Table
Has anyone found a way to auto delete rows in a table from a schedule? Due to the nature of our imports its best to clear all data from the table and completely refresh it with a new import. Looking to schedule this vs manually opening each table and deleting all rows.

I embed reports in a webpage using iframes. A client of mine has made changes to the security settings on their system to block third party cookies which is causing problems for viewing reports - The reports won't load. IS there anyway to get around this from your end? My client is reluctant to make the required changes to their settings (an over-cautious IT dept). Regards Jjoe

Hi, I was going through zoho reports and realized that we do not have sparklines in our reports. Sparklines in excel helps to summarize large columns of data in a single cell and is an ideal representational tool. I think it can be a great feature to incorporate in a report. Regards, Manish

Joining tables for conditional
I have create a conditional formula in my "Inventario" table to classify each line according to some parameters on the column "Estado". The problem is that I need a new parameter whether a "Caso" of the Inventario table is on the "Pendientes por Resolver" query the value of "Estado" column would be "Pendiente IPS". When viewing a report using a groups selection by Dates, the separation bar for each date is grey, is it possible to have the separation bar a different color like dark green or Blue.

Hi, I am doing some tests on Zoho to see if it is a suitable software package for my client. My client has several sales persons. Each sale person makes several sales a month. At the end of the month, the sales person receives a 10% commission based on their grand total of sales for that month (e.g. if the sales person gets $10000 worth of sales that month, they receive $1000 in commission).
