Unable to connect to unattended clients
Hi Zoho I'm having problems connecting to some unattended access Windows 10 computers. I have been connecting to these computers without issue for some time. Problem started last night. In this example, I have 3 unattended computers on the same network. I can connect to one, but not the other two. I simply get to the following screen and can progress no further. Zoho Assist - Fedora - Locking Machine/Cannot Reconnect

Can't type latin characters Mac x Windows
I access a Win XP machine using Chrome on Mac OS X High Sierra and I can't get special characters like á é ó â ê ô ã õ à í ú to work. I tried a few different keyboard layout setups, but nothing worked. I end up having to type a lot of stuff in a local notepad for further copy and paste, which is not convenient at all. Am I missing anything? How can I make this work? Thanks.
Representative's console stops responding and has to refresh/reload
For some unknown reason and on a random basis, the remote session seems to drop/stop responding. After a few seconds (10-30) the screen seems to reload on the remote computer then starts responding again. I primarily connect using the unattended computers option. Why does this happen?
How do I remove devices that are offline??
This is for unattended access devices, and I'm the global admin on the account. I used to just go to the 3 dots at the end of the row in the list of devices, there was a drop-down that allowed me to remove the device from unattended access (delete it), but now those dots are gone for devices that are offline. Even on the ones that are online.. I can't figure it out! I go to settings and the closest I can seem to get is through Groups- I can "delete" a device from the group. but there's no way to

Hello, On windows 10. Then we click run as a service, and type username and password of computer administrator we are getting error: problem running zoho assist in service mode. We tried a lot of times, password ant username are correct, but still same error. Then user on same computer has administrator rights, zoho assistant runs as a service successfully. Invalid Handle When connecting
I am trying to get a connection to a user and we are getting an error message after they have downloaded the zoho assist. Saying failed to connection due to invalid handle.
TalkTalk blocking access to all zoho sites.
Whilst trying to access my assist portal, I was presented with a message stating it was being blocked. I tested several other zoho URL's and anything with .zoho.com is being blocked. Whilst I initially thought the problem could be solved by disabling the blocking feature, I realised there is a wider issue in that no Talk Talk customer will be able to join a remote session as https://join.zoho.com/ is also being blocked. This is a pretty big deal as the vast majority - more than 95% of UK internet

New UI unattended list MUCH more difficult to navigate / find computers
This is my first post here. We've been using unattended access for about 1.5 years now. We have close to 100 computers in roughly 15 groups. Used to be easy, just scroll down the groups list, which was always on. Now, I have to use a drop down just to see the groups, and it's not as easy to navigate/scroll, find, and select the group. Zoho freezing immediately after connecting to clients
Not sure why...but Zoho Assist is freezing immediately after connecting to clients. It seems to only happen to clients that are on a WiFi connection at their office. The wired PCs connect and do not freeze. UPDATE:: I closed all browser windows with Zoho and cleared my browser cache and that seems to have taken care of it. Strange that it only affected laptops on WiFi and strange that my cache would affect that at all.
