When was a booking cancelled?
This is a quick question... We had a booking who failed to turn up. When checking the appointment was cancelled however the customer is insisting that they cancelled sooner than we think they did!. Is there a way of telling when a cancelation was made?
Where as admin can I cancel a registration of an individual in a group booking

Bookings Application shows error after adding custom domain
Hi, I was in the process of adding a custom domain for my bookings application, bookings.ukbh.co.uk and trying figure out the cname etc but went offline. On coming back online I was no longer able to go to the application url: https://one.zoho.com/p/709698367/app/631232372/sso I suspect it may be that the process was not finished and requires some for of reset. Why we stop with Zoho Bookings en re-start Calendly

Custom Registration From per Service Item
Most of the scheduling/booking systems I've used allow different client/user registration forms based on the service selected. In many cases, the information that needs to be collected is necessarily specific based on the specific service the user selects. Zoho Bookings only allows one registration form per workspace. Bookings: One Group Multiple Dates
Hi Zoho Community, I've been impressed with Zoho Bookings thus far for booking individual meetings. But I was wondering if it was possible to: 1. Let a client have a set limit of appointments. Example: Client needs 4 meetings with company. Client books first meeting. Meeting's passed. Client gets an automated invitation to book the next meeting. Repeat till 4 meetings have passed. 2. Let a client set multiple dates for a group of participants. Example: Client needs to set 10 meetings with company.
Bookings appointment not adding to existing contact or lead....
Booking appointments are not getting added to existing contacts or leads in Zoho CRM, even if we book the appointment from the 'New Appointment' button when looking at a contact or lead. Email and phone number entered when booking appointment is the same as the contact or lead. Is there something wrong with our setup that can be fixed?...I hope so because this is a nightmare and would render the whole integration worthless for us.
Why does the date revert back to today when changing the service?
Our booking system is working well, but feedback from customers and us is as follows:- 1) Why is the time zone option showing? Its not needed and confusing! (I know this is hopefully in hand...soon?) 2) Our Iframe booking page on our website, where the first (Table One) service is shown, so the customer looks at the date they want then looks at the time slots available. If the times they want is not available, then they change the service (to Table Two). HOWEVER...Changing the service also reverts

Hi there. In the booking page, customers are allowed to change the time zone. For a local business, this field is unnecessary. I strongly believe that you should at least make the visibility of the field optional. Give us the power whether to show it or not. Thanks

It appears that ZOHO BOOKINGS does not consider DAYLIGHT time
When testing my booking page I noticed that my clients are not able to select a 'Daylight Savings' time. For example, by default it displays Mountain Standard Time but this should be Mountain Daylight Time which is one hour later than the actual time. Please advise.
