multi-currency cannot be use in Expense?
Hi, when i create an Expense, i find i cannot use multi-currency, only the USD can be use and no other option,even the vendor currency i setup was CNY. how can i put in a CNY amount below example? the vendor i choose is a CNY vendor
The Report function cannot show Chinese letter
Hi, My company has some chinese customer and the customer name was key into the contact in Chinese, But when i run the report, such as report for invoice detail and exported as a PDF file, i found that all Chinese customer name cannot be showed. i guess it is the font issue but this might also be a fix template issue( i cannot find any setup to alow me to edit a report template like what i did in invoice, estimate etc.) please can you help me here? Bug on client address when Exporting to PDF?
No matter what invoice template/fonts I use, the client address is not being converted/displayed correctly when I export a PDF, with the city, state & zip code. For example it will read exactly like this: Las Vegas89102 NV Not only is it not professional but I can't mail an invoice in a windowed envelope like that. We are ready to switch fully to Zoho for our invoicing if I can get this resolved. Please help! Thanks!!

zoho books is still unable to have a sale receipt function when a customer made a payment?? I have been using the workaround for more than 2 years now (create a receipt template and email the invoice again), thousands our receipts have to been sent like this. Start Over...
My accounting is all screwed up and after using Zoho Books for more than 6 months, it hasn't worked itself out at all. All I want to do is delete the organization and start new. What's the easiest way to do this? I have bank accounts setup inside Books and do not care about the information being correct for taxes or anything because I'm keeping the books a different way. still waiting for default attachments to client invoices
We have signed contracts with our clients yet ZohoBooks provides no mechanism to include default attachments(contracts) to invoices. Imagine sending dozens of invoices and each and every time having to hunt/poke for each client's contract to be attached. I and others have been asking for this for awhile.... our requests get generic answers to specific problems. You cannot call yourself the best accounting software for small business for this and lots of reasons, frankly.

Estimates Advance Template

Customers not authorized to access portal
In Books we send invoices to customers with a payment link. Suddenly they are getting this message - Our payment service is Stripe. We don't use customer portal feature and just have the payment link sent in the invoice email. It's been working fine and just started. I tried logging out of the system and checked the customer invoices. I sent a new invoice. And I went to the payment gateway setup and reentered our Stripe secret live key. But ZB still gives this message. How can this be corrected?
Loans to customers, payment schedule
My real estate company loans money to customers to buy our properties. Typical these loan are a bridge loan util customers work out their mortgages. Usually there are 3 to 4 years loans. Can ZB generate the loan schedule ? Principal and interest. How do I record the loan and corresponding payments?

Item description font size
Is there any way to make the font size bigger or change the color of the item descriptions on the invoice template? I see where you can change the item font but there doesnt appear to be a way to change the description size. When printed, it is way too small and light grey. Thanks
Migrating from Invoice to Books
Hi, I had been using Invoice and now migrated to Books. What I did is the following, and I realize that I may have complcated things: Imported all invoices Imported all payments Impoted my last Bank Account statement (July) I was able to match all bank account transactions for July. However since I migrated transactions from Zoho Invoice earlier dates, I have now a missmatch in balances and various accounts. Once i have migrated my organization from zoho invoice to zoho books will any entry into zoho invoice sync directly with zoho books? My employees are using zoho invoice in spanish because our company is located in Spain but I want to use zoho books for my own accounting and leave them to use zoho invoice to prepare invoices etc. for the clients.

In Australia employers are obligated to pay Superannuation 0.95% on top of the employee's wage to their Superannuation fund for retirement. Unclear about Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integration
We use Zoho CRM for our organization and Quickbooks for accounting. I want to change to zoho books only when it can get the invoices that are created from Zoho CRM. In the new documentation online it states that it might be possible on the top and in the questions it says it CAN'T. Which is correct?
Organization name vs. Company Name
On invoices, is there a way to have a different Company name than the Organization name? I would like to keep track of the organization by site number, but the Company name on the invoice needs to be name of the parent company.

Hello, we are using Zoho CRM for several years now and we decided to use books, too. As we have three branch offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we need to do invoices from each single country. Is there any possibility to establish 3 different "senders" or "shippers" in one single books account? Otherwise we will have to cancel our subscription again.
