Could you please add more Date formats? To comply with the regulations in my country I have to have Date + Time (24 hour) when the invoice was created. I would need: Date format: hh.MM.yyyy HH:mm:ss Coould that format be added please?

When I first imported my Zoho CRM Contacts into Zoho Books, I don't recall seeing an option for Auto Updates. How can I check to see if that box was checked, without re-importing. Hi. I run a non-profit and we have an account in the US and three accounts in a foreign country, 2 of which are in local currency and one in USD. Should I create two separate Books accounts - one for US (1 USD account) and one for the foreign country with the foreign currency as a default (1 USD, 2 local currency)? Is there a way to set a specific bank account up as USD if all the other transactions in the Zoho account are in the local currency?

I made my first mistake in books by recording invoice payments in addition to the line in my bank account where they were paid, i couldn't figure out how to pair the payment to the invoice it was for so ended up deleting the lines all together. Hi Zoho Books, Can a customer save his/her credit card number in Zoho (actually, on Stripe, Zoho simply stores the token) so he/she does not need to enter it each time? Stripe API should allow you to store the generated token for that customer and for future payment, just use the token to charge. This is functionality available in Zoho Books?

Using Braintree for online payment. Online payment form shows two different required fields for "State". One is a pick field, the other text. Both are required. This will irritate customers to enter state twice.

To make it simple, we made a mistake and made the wrong invoice... that number was supposed to go to another. We deleted the invoice, but now when we make a new one instead of being #64 (the number of the deleted invoice) the new one is #65... and we really need to remake the invoice with number #64 So the question is 1) how do we truly delete an invoice with its number OR 2) how to make an invoice and force a number on it?

Hello, I'm new to Zoho Books and am wondering if there is a way for me to send a payment link to customers that will allow them to pay their total balance due (from all outstanding invoices)?
