The dashboard is nice but I think having something like zoho invoice that shows Sale, Receipts, and Due. As well as changing the Contacts Tab to Customers and adding a tab for Vendors. These two small changes would make zoho books very attractive.

Trying to finally start using "reconciling" feature... any way to make catching up easy?
Hello, To make a long story short, I am a user who converted from Invoice to Books earlier this year. I never did any kind of reconciling on Invoice since I don't believe it had any, and upon importing all my old information into Books, I have started to try using the product correctly, namely trying out the reconciling function. Custom date range for viewing sales tax?
Hello I cant seem to select a specific date period to see how much sales tax i owe. I've recently paid my sales tax for 2010 and would like to see what i owe so far for 2011. It doesn't seem as if i can do this. No matter what i do, it only showes me the sales tax owes TOTALLY as of a specific date. Kinda useless... :( Is there a way to specify a date range? For example how much tax i owe between February 23rd and March 17th?

Is there a way to "shut-off" email for my organization? I do not want any emails being generated by accident if I forget to uncheck any of the many "Inform/Thank" customer options. Thank you.
Zoho Projects Integration
When attempting to Invoice out a Project in Zoho Projects, it sends the project to Zoho Invoice instead of Zoho Books. How do you set up Zoho Projects to invoice to Zoho Books? We are going to be using Zoho Books extensively, and we need a way to link the two. I know this is linked on the backend with my username.

Problems with integrated Payment Thank You email feature in Books?
Hello, I am puzzled as to why I have instances where payment thank you emails fail to send out. I get an error message when trying to email thank yous to customers where the system claims "no email is associated with this customer" yet I ensured that the client had an email tied to him/her before accepting the payment through the system. What is the key to having these emails send out without a problem? Am I doing something wrong? Does the checkmark have to be selected where the customer should be
How to record owner's equity?
Hello, Could anyone help me in recording the owner's equity. Amount has to be credited in the Owner's equity account and debited in the bank account. No manual journal entry is possible for this transaction. Thanks in advance.
Google Checkout Public URL
I recently got an email from Google Checkout saying I needed to include a public URL in my settings. The problem is that per their instructions this needs to be the URL where the Checkout button is listed. However, it doesn't seem to make sense to put zoho's site here, but their are no checkout buttons on my own website. Anyone else run into this?

Zoho Invoice not Importing
Hello, I am investigating using Zoho Books. I am currently using Zoho CRM with Zoho Invoice. I have been able to import Customers and Items from Zoho Invoice but am importing Invoices fails without an error. Just brings me back to the upload file screen. I have tried .xls and .csv export from Invoice but neither seem to want to import into Zoho Books. Thanks for the help.
Issue Importing Payments from Zoho Invoice
I've imported my invoices and I'm trying to now import my payments but I keep getting an error saying that the invoice the payment should be applied to doesn't exist when it does. The same invoice numbers it says doesn't exist can be found when I search my invoices. Please help.
