Event invitations; recipients keep getting repeated invites
A set of invitation recipients keep getting the same invite over and over - 8 times since this morning - for an event two months ago that isn't even on my calendar anymore. I have disabled the account sending the event. Yet the invites keep coming. Any suggestions?
How do I avoid needing to unsubscribe and subscribe to my CRM calendar to update the Zoho Calendar?
In order for the Standard calendar to update with my zoho CRM Calendar, I need to unsubscribe and subscribe, othewise any new entries do not show up. Shouldn't the Calendar stay up to date with the subscribed calendar? Thank You, David Fent

I am trying to add some calendars to for several accts to my phone but the instructions don't seem to match the latest iPhone configuration. I tried to modify based on what i was seeing but cant seem to get these calendars set up Can someone help?

Time Zone problem - which to choose
Sorry for the seemingly dumb question. If I live in New York, which time zone should I choose if I live in NY? I am not seeing a choice for Eastern time that switches daylight savings time. Right now we are not in DST and all of our calendar entries are being changed from the real time we input to an hour off. Link Not Showing In Embedded Calendar
I have a calendar embedded in an iframe on my website. Using Template #1, the links I entered on my calendar show up and work fine. However, when I use any of the other templates, the links do not show up. Am I missing something?
Problem syncing timezone from Zoho to Macbook Calendar
Hi, When Zoho Calendar events sync with my ical on Macbook it changes from U.S. Pacific to GMT. My settings on the Macbook are for PST. It works fine with my iPhone calendar, just not the one on the Macbook. I am on OS Sierra. Can this be fixed? Take care, Mark

Whats the best way to create a team shared calendar accessible on mobiles
Looking to move to Zoho - I like what I mostly see. But in Google, we have one team calendar than everyone has access to on desktop as well as mobile. I have created a few streams that have shared calendars accessible from the new Zoho Mail web app. But how can I get them to sync with the iPhone's default calendar? Using EAS, I only see one calendar that is synced. Even if I create a shared calendar under my personal calendars section, that also doesn't appear in EAS.

Hi. I'm using Zoho Calendar on my website for my clients to see my availability. The desktop version of the calendar shows "full" or "available" designations, however on the mobile page clients see "+1 more" rather than full or available. This causes confusion as on the mobile view it looks like my availability is" plus one more" rather than what the day actually is, which is full or some other designation. Sharing my calendar with a non-Zoho user
I'm trying to share my calendar with somebody who is not a Zoho user. This help page says: "This need not be a Zoho email address." However, when I shared my calendar with somebody with a non-Zoho email address, the person replied stating they could not view my calendar because they don't have a Zoho account. Can't access calendar using exchange account in android
Hi, Up until a few days ago, my calendar was syncing correctly between the web site and my phone. I tried removing the exchange account from my phone and recreating several times, but the problem persists. Some times, when re-creating the account, I would get "Unable to set up account - Unable to connect to server" once I was done entering the settings. Regardless, even when the phone doesn't complain and I imagine that everything's fine, when I go to android's calendar, I don't see my zoho calendars
ZOHO refduses to close my account and continues to SPAM me with calendar emails!
When will ZOHO close my account for AgentForInsurance.com? I am so frustrated and will be passing the word as you had never been able to resolve a calendar sync problem after 2 months and counting this one I have 3 on line requests and 4 email request to support to stop sending me daily calendar alerts. All on deaf ears. Absolutely the worst hosting I have ever encountered!!!
Response to invite not received by sender
Hello - I received a meeting invite in my zoho email from an outside sender (office 365), and while I can select "Yes" on the invite, the sender does not receive my response. I have confirmed this with my own exchange hosted account on a different provider, by sending myself a calendar invite, and clicking "Yes". I never got a response to the invite. Please advise.

Synch own Calendar and CRM Calender with Mac Kalender
Hi, i go through the installation description but i can't synch both my own Zoho Calender AND the Zoho CRM entries with my Mac Kalender. I set up the synch between Zoho CRM and Zoho Calendar. This is no problem. But when i go to settings and Synch iCalDav i can only choose my own calender from Zoho Calendar. So how can i synch both? thanks!

My Cal won't show events via my web page
I have sync to my Zoho CRM cal and I can preview it on the details page and see my events, however when I embed the HTLM in my webpage it only show the cal and no events.and reads " not available for public view" I have tried ever combination. Can any help? Thanks

Everytime someone creates an event in a group calendar an invitation to attend is sent. Sometimes the events created are just information. ie on this date, this is supposed to happen. Nobody needs to attend anything it is just so everyone is aware and can see it in their calendar. Is there any way of creating an event in a group calendar without asking people if they are going to attend or not? Thank you Stephen

I have recently downloaded Zoho and think it’s a great website for our business; however, I am struggling with syncing up the phone calls under activities to my Google calendar. The events are all synced up so whenever I create an event it goes straight onto my Google calendar, however if I create a ‘Call’ it does not. How do I make it so if I create a call (for example Call John at 3PM on the 12th October 2016) it then syncs and transfers onto my Google calendar?

Problem with busy meetings in Group Calendar
Good Morning. I have a group with 10 users. I created a group calendar and I gave the following permissions When the group members subscribe to this calendar the 6 of them can see all the meetings but the 4 of them see 'busy' in the meetings. Why this happens? I would like all the members to see the meetings.
Email reminder for all events imported from Outlook 2010
I have successfully imported all events (114 events) from Outlook 2010 to my Zoho Calendar. Each event had a reminder in Outlook which has also been imported. Problem is that I want all of them to be email reminders instead of popup reminders (which they've been imported as). 1) Is there a way to convert the reminders to email type in one go (batch process)? 2) If not, then I am willing to change the type of reminders of all 114 events one-by-one BUT I cannot seem to figure out how to list all 114

I sent a calendar invite to a Yahoo user and they have not received the invite and has not added to their calendar. There does not seem to be an issue for GMAIL users. ZOHO confirmed invite was sent.

My event calendar on my phone seems to be on Pacific Time and my online calendar is on CST. My question is how to fix this as I have to go to my phone after adding an event and changing it to the correct time. Thank you in advance. Lisa
