Until a couple of weeks ago, my users entered the Zoho Cliq Android app without any problems, this week they could not enter the android app, but they could still enter the windows and web apps. My user can access, other users of my org have the problem. The accounts were tested on the same Android device ver. 7.0. Problem solved.

My clip app on my iPhone 11 updated this past Saturday (Jan 30, 2021) and hasn’t been able to sync any new messages since. The messages are there on my desktop, but when it tries to sync messages, the app crashes or freezes up.

Hello, I installed Cliq on my iPhone. I usually set all my apps to have a minimum notification. So I setup only otification for on-to-one and mentions. That's great. When I get notificatin, I get the sound and a vibration. I see you can disabled vibration when you are in the app. But I couldn't find the same when I'm not on my phone or on another app. How Do I disable vibration ? Thanks

It should be possible to send attachment with Cliq from other apps on iPhone iPhone Cliq app v3.8.1 Audio recording app (Phillips Recorder) offers option to send audio file as mail attachment. When selecting this option, multiple email apps and messaging services come up, including Cliq. However, selecting Cliq sends message but no attachment. So a few of us in the organization are having issues loading the cinq app on our mobile devices. Most of our phones have recently (yesterday) updated Android 9, so our devices are up to date - and we've all uninstalled and re-installed the app, but after sign in - we get an error message that just says "sorry...something went wrong" and will not proceed.
