Google apps users see Zoho CRM - Affordable On-demand CRM
I only have 3 users that are currently using the CRM in our google apps domain but everyone in the domain is seeing the message Zoho CRM - Affordable On-demand CRM at the bottom of every email. I am getting requests to turn it off. Is that possible?

Brazil's Mobile Number Format Change
Hi, Some Brazilian states have change their mobile number format from (XX)XXXX-XXXX to (XX)X XXXX-XXXX (that means, one more digit was added). That change will impact all states in the future. When adding a Backup Phone Number on Two Factor Authentication screen it says "Please enter valid number". It accepts: ddnnnnnnnn It doesnt accept: ddnnnnnnnnn So, is it possible to update that validation? Thanks

Took a peek at the "new Zoho" and I am really hoping that the "classic" Zoho isn't going away..... I like a PLAIN email screen. Seeing in the blog that you're looking to Mac as your UI design inspiration has me worried!! Just say NO to cutesy icons and things that some designer may think "looks good" but are actually less functional. Please tell me that conversation view can be turned off, and that the preview window on the bottom, not side, is still an option. Please!?!?! I changed right back because

Hello there! I'd like to ask a simple question. I accidentally clicked on a few apps and then subsequently appeared on my home screen (https://home.zoho.com/home#my). I liked my plain look with only Mail and Docs there. Is there a way to get rid of the unused apps or am I out of luck? For example, I am not going to use Zoho Recruit, I clicked it because I mistook it for referral process in my account settings. Thank you!

How to change a primary email address if primary email address does not exist?
Dear Zoho, While trying to create an alias/modify my primary email address I have accidentally change the primary address to an email address that does not exist. I cannot activate this account as it does not exist. I am currently unable to change these settings as I am not the administrator. I hope this explains the problem. User Not Receiving Invite E-Mail
We setup a new user and they never received their invite e-mail... we confirmed the address was correct and that it was not in the users SPAM folder. We have tried to re-invite a few times. Any idea what might be going on?

Help verifying domain with Weebly
I purchased my domain through Weebly for 2 years (it expires Sept 2016). Weebly is not one of the dropdown choices for verification and I can't seem to add a CNAME record per your instructions. Unable to receive emails through smtp servers
You can send email from this account. 9:45 AM We couldn't get your messages: There was a problem connecting to the other server. Trying to delete my account
Hi, I deleted my account but when I try to login again, it still takes me to my inbox, which suggests to me it is not yet closed down. I have closed the account in the Zoho Accounts website and deleted all the domain and business links. If you do a traceroute to zoho.com and smtp.zoho.com, the domain can be reached from some countries, and is unreachable from others. I currently can access Zoho by using a web-proxy based in Chechnya! Please try usings webbased traceroute servers to confirm.
