I have a Creator database that has client information. Is there a way to connect this information to Invoice so that I can create invoices by looking up the clients?

Hi everyone Is there a way I can send a mail directly from a report? Our company organizes students, and I would like to be able to send them a mail directly from the report generated. Hi there, I need to embed the same form on 3 different websites, all with different styling applied. I figured the best way to do that is by creating 3 html pages and embed the form in each. Problem: Can't get the form to show public in the pages. When not logged in I am getting login form on the place where the embedded form should load. How do I auto populate a form using Zoho Creator from a custom module in Zoho CRM. I know how to do this using the default modules but changing the module name to custommodule1 does not sem to work.
How do I add an ID to a subform longlist?
Hi, I have a query relating to subforms and how the data is stored and accessed. I have created two forms, A and B. Then I insert B as a subform into A. Now: 1) I add a record A1, with subform entries B1 and B2. The subform entries are stored as records in form B. 2) I add a record A2, with subform entries B3 and B4. They are also stored in form B. 3) When I view A1 or A2 the subform magically shows only those B records in the A record in which they were originally entered, i.e. B1 and B2 show up

Custom Function / Action Button - On Report View

How to get users email id
I have configured Zoho signing with gmail. I have a 'Employees' form which has a users filed.I have the appearance of the field to display the email address of the uses. How do I get this user id field in other forms? I am trying to get the email address tied to the user in other forms. When I try to display Employee forms user_id, by default it displays the username and not the email id tied to that user. Thank you Anand.
Invite new user/resend
I haven't had much success adding users to my Creator app. I have the most basic subscription (no profiles). Here are the steps I take: Go to app setting, add user in "Users and Permissions" tab Go to the share tab of app settings, add user to the top level of the app Click Dashboard. Click "Share" on every object and paste in the username. Go back to "Users and Permissions" and delete the user because of what I read in this thread I have successfully added users in the past but I'm not sure how.
Linking Multiple Application
Hi Support, I have two Applications, App1 and App2. In App1 i have form called Form1 and in App2 i have form called Form2. In Form1, i have Name1, Email1 and in Form2, i have Name2 lookup field to Name1. I have succefuly done scripting for linking two apps, for example, in App2, if i select the Name from list, i can get Email2 automatically. I think there are at least 3 requirements: 1) A status message - text to describe any warning or error condition [or indeed success]. Is There A Version Variable? And Related Wants ...
Is there not a way to incorporate a "version" into the application so that in the future as users needing help that they can refer to a "version" number found by some means? (perhaps coded into report footers as an option) I'd also like to incorporate this "system variable" into various custom report templates so the user knows what version they are on and can compare to the version that might be on the marketplace. "Set Filter" works in it's own form but not when it is a subform.

Many to many relation in Parents to Children tables
I read in some older posts that this may not be possible, but i wanted to see if there is a work-around. I have two forms, one "Parents", and one "Children". A Parent record can have multiple children, but one Child can also have multiple parents (father and mother). So far I have setup a Main form "Parents" with a subform "Children". This seems to work only one to many since I cannot lookup existing children records in the subform, only add new records. Does this sound familiar and is there a work
SEARCH and SIGN IN
I have been having one separate database (all the same) that I can post that will not allow anyone to make any changes, AND one for only me to post and add and make changes. All of a sudden, all of my databases would come up as SEARCH ONLY (including me) which is what I want. And off to the right would appear SIGN IN. I could sign in and I could make changes but others still could not. Today, this all changed back to requiring me to have the two different databases to post. What happened ? I want
importing a spreadsheet
Are there restrictions to importing data from a spreadsheet? I am importing a spreadsheet from Google Sheets which has multiple tabs. On the import, certain tabs are missing columns. Does data generated from a formula not import? Are there other types of data that do not import? Scott

Feature or Solution Request: A non-cubersome time field
Hello I created a simple time clock app for a client that allows them to enter and clock in and clock out and then auto calculate hours worked. Currently using the date/time field. I am getting so many complaints on the hard to use time entry (i.e. clicking and or dragging to get hours and minutes) Does anyone have a more elegant solution? Dear Zoho: Please consider fixing this, hardly usable in my opinion.

how to define openURL function with ID of current record
In my reports i want a VIEW button to show the record much like the "View Record" button does in the most left column. Just to have a quick link to view the record in a popup. My function looks like this: void view_tmrt_record() { openUrl("/record-summary/test_report/"+ input.ID +"/", "Popup window", "height=500,width=500"); } but it gives the error 'variable ID not defined' .
