Hi, I have in Zoho Creator a lot of contacts emails fields. Is there any function that will allow to create an email to multiple receipients based on this or s function that will consolidate the email addresses in a new field and/or report?

aggregate sum on field populated from lookup
Hi, I have a table [A] that contains currency values (€) in the field [cost_A]. the Form [B] has a field [cost_B] that is filled using a lookup on table [A] , field [cost_A]. Now I have to do a query con Form [B] with numerical condition on field [cost_B] and sum on the field [cost_B] to obtain a float (or a currency). It does not work, each field [cost_B] is fetched as 2894241000000618044 !!! any hint? tks, pippo

Setting default value for Lookup Picklist
Is there a way to set the default item from a lookup picklist so that it appears automatically? This option is available when it is just a simple drop down, but is not available from a lookup picklist.
Create an app : how to create picking list
Hello, I would like to build an app with Zoho Creator, that looks like the "Events" app already provided, but with others capacities. I want to reproduce the function of "picking list" for invitation (cf. screenshot). I've already tried to put the "Lookup" and the "Zoho CRM" field in ZCreator, but it only allows to choose one contact or one account, but not to pick severals. Does anyone have a solution to help me please ?

Customer Portal - All Portal Users
For some reason when I edit a report, restrict visibility changes and it keeps adding all Customer Portal User group to the visibility group....not good. Is there a setting I need to change? I don't want to check visibility every time we edit a report.

Adding user name
I have a peronal account, which I'm using to try to get a buy-in from management to adopt Creator. When I want to add a ne user I can only enter an email and there is no way to change the name of the user. Is adding a user name part of the upgrade?

Call Main Form from Subform
I have a Main Form "Projects" and a Subform "Project Status". Each PM updates "Project Status" -- details of the project status. In some cases, they need to update the Main Form "Projects". Please suggest me how to set initial value to null in hide fields, if i don't choose them. For example when a rule is triggered form will show me field with initial value but if rules isn't triggered, initial value will set to null and will not show in report.

Hi all, I've been digging around for ages trying to find ways to make my application less redundant. Basically, I've got a header, footer, and css block that's been copy/pasted across many different pages in Creator, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way within Zoho to generate html/import it from another source such that I could create a template of sorts? Also within that realm, does anyone know how to access external stylesheets on pages, as the html <link> tag doesn't seem to work for me?

Email Notications - Are they Stored?
Hi, Can emails sent from Creator be stored or attached to the record it went from? We need to see the email after it has gone? Or can they be attached to a contact in ZCRM? Or if thats not possible....is it possible to send an email from ZCRM...or would i just set up a workflow in CRM when a field got updated......? Chris
How to modify default messages?
We set a registration limit on each of our forms. The default message that presents when the max is met is "Maximum entry limit reached for this form" . My question is, how do I go about modifying the message? I would like it to say something different; something meaningful to our users. Thanks in advance for your help!
Zoho Creator select page - form menu bug?
Deal All, I do not know if you face same issues with me but in huge applications with more than 10 pages when I try to select a page then I have the following menu (unsorted pages, some of them are out of the table width, we need to scroll down to choose a form etc). Me and my colleagues have the same problems in ALL the browsers. Is it a creator bug?

I am in troubles with this function and would like to know what debug tools may I use. Is there a way to populate a "debug table " with deluge video within the table? Why is zoho asking for viewers to sign in to an Zoho account where my contact form should be?
I built my two contact forms in Zoho creator. When I logged onto my webpage, zoho removes my contact form and asks viewers to sign in to zoho as if they have an account with Zoho. How can I fix this? Example is given of what viewers of my website see:
BUG: Mis-aligned fields and values
The first view is normal edit view of a Custom record. Then I created a Profile called Drafter, who uses Field Permissions to make certain fields non-visible. When this Drafter user logins to view an order, then click on the customer name to open up this customer. Things start to go wrong. See 2nd image, how fields mismatch the values.
Internet Explorer does not insert Turkish Characters inside CRM InsertRecords API Calls
Dear All, Anyone have problems in executing Zoho Creator apps inside Internet Explorer? We have a Creator Application that inserts records to Zoho CRM with PostURL XML calls. We have identified the Creator app works fine on Chrome and does not work on Internet Explorer. That means, Creator Application inserts correct records with Turkish characters on Chrome but not Internet Explorer. We presume that Creator codes are executed on the client side and use the client language & international parameters.

Hi there, I'm building an inventory/order system (yes, yet another onw :-) and when we receive goods, we add serial numbers to them. I will often get 20-30 new items with running numbers and I'm looking for a way to automatically increase the serial number for each new row I create... so something like if (row[-1].S_N != null) { row.S_N = row.[-1].S_N+1; } Can this be done ? I know you do not support this currently as you state that all users must have the same permissions. It is limiting. Hi, I have a form with a lot of deluge controls in on load, on validate, etc. Sometime I need to export the Table (using the report-export), elaborate it in Excell and import again. When I try to import the import wizard gives me a lot of errors due to the deluge controls.
