Does Zoho Creator integrate to Zoho Projects?
I'm new to Projects and Creator and in looking at Creator product page I do not see a reference to Projects integration. We would like to create a page for users to enter a project that can then be picked up by an administrator or manager and made into a project.
reports calendar does not work
Good morning , reports with a calendar view does not load the data but the records are loaded if I open the report in perma view ; in this case , as I edit a record, the reports can be recharged without making me see the records again . How can I do ? David
Zoho Date Discrepancy
Hi, On a lookup field referring to the Added-Time of a record, I noticed that when I set the filter to only show records from Today (Zoho creator: Added Time) it will show up correctly on my computer but on my mobile app on Android it will filter dates from yesterday instead. Both are logged in using the same zoho account and the system times are both correct and same. Any ideas as to what is going on? Thanks.
Access Denied!!all My data has disappeared
i am unable to login into my account. It says access denied. I had stored 1000s of records in my application. It is all gone. When i contacted the support team through email. They they are working on it. It has been over a week and they are still working on it. I had shared the application with colleague. He is also unable to access the application. This is a very serious matter for my organization. This has been a big disappointment.
Checking for unwanted characters in text input
I'm surprised I can't find an answer to this one. It MUST be possible! I have a text input field called IDname1 I want people to create a username in this field. However, for various reasons I need to make sure that certain characters aren't used in this username, including # and & and @. I've tried all sorts of variations of if statements using .contains and .getOccurenceCount but I just can't get anything to work. Can anybody help??

Using Creator I created an application called Questionario.
I added 233 users authorized to use the application : many users have regularly received an email invitation , while the last few 40/50 did not receive the invitation email .
I tried to select a few names among the unconfirmed user and select reinvite , but the email still does not arrive.

Android app - Force Close
I've installed the native android app on two Motorola phones (Droid X - 2.3.4 and Droid X2 - 2.3.5). Both apps force close on startup. I get the login screen, after entering my gapps name and password, the app crashes. I've reinstalled several times with the same result. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Joe

Inserted record formulas not calculated initially after insert.
Hello, We have several functions that insert records into a form. The form that the record is inserted into has many formulas fields in it. After inserting a record none of these formulas initially have calculated as expected. When viewing the record in an html view the formula fields are null. When I edit the record and change one of the values that the formula in calculating based on, the formula recalculates to display the proper value. How can i get these formula fields to calculate properly

Potential Bug for On Submit Task

calendar view not displaying properly

Report builder screen never comes up when trying to create a pivot type report
I am trying to create a pivot table report with Creator. I select New - Report - put in the report name, type is pivot, based on ..., where to store it and click on the create button. All I get is three flashing dots. I let it run for over an hour and still only had the three flashing dots. The report builder screen never came up. View or hide selected records
I'm new to Zoho and databases in general. I get how to create forms, reports etc, edit records and so on. This question is going to seem pretty basic I'm sure, but what must I do to simply view or hide a record within a report? I'd hoped that there would be a checkbox available that alows the record to view or not. Any help with this greatly appreciated.
Protectting a Form
I have a number of forms that I only want to be added as subforms. If they are added via their own form alone it causes issues. Is there a way of preventing forms being added when they are not being used as subforms? The particular issue I'm having is in calendar view, clicking an empty date adds a clear form that is intended to be a subform only. With Thanks!

Hi, I am having problems using the zohocreator.exe tool to import excel files into Zoho. I receive the following error : The 'microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine What are the technical requirements to launch zohocreator.exe ? Do we have to have Office or Access installed ? On the server I will launch it, I will just have the xls files. Many thanks for your ideas !
Emergency! Trouble with sharing Apps
Is anybody else having problems sharing apps in Zoho Creator? About a week ago I started getting calls from Users with whom I had shared apps. They were logging in as usual but getting an error message: You have logged in as (xyzabc). You are not allowed to access this view. When I checked the apps it showed they were still listed as shared users. I had not exceeded my user quota. My own login (as Admin) was working fine. Despite all that, when I tried to log in as them, I got the same error message.

Two way data sharing: Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
Hi there - me again! I wondered if anyone knows if Lead module data can be pulled from Zoho CRM by a Zoho Creator form so that the user does not have to re-enter field data already in the CRM Lead module? The Zoho Creator would enter a unique case reference to call up the data for that record. They would then add new data via the Creator firm to update the CRM Lead and trigger workflow. Customer Portal access
Currently I'd like to create a customer portal with specific access to certain forms and views for one customer and another one would have the ability to view other different forms and views than the first customer, but some forms and views they would share. The permissions are currently able to only allow permission to everyone or no one for whatever forms or views I choose. Creator Reports suddenly giving error with linked fields
I have some reports in Creator that have overnight stopped working, the broken piece is columns that point to another form. These were working last night but not this morning, and it doesn't appear to be all linked fields just fields in certain forms. Fomratting text strings in Zoho Creator
Hi I am developing a small app which will generate emails based on a status field. But i can't figure out how to format different text strings. At the moment its a big if else if else if else ... construct , and within each condition it has a SendMail and all the appropriate text is formatted within that condition. It would be much better if i could format a number of strings like emailHeader, emailBody, emailFooter, and then just have one SendMail at the end which sends emailHeader+emailBody+emailFooter.
