Resize reports in html views
If a have two or three embedded reports in a html view, is there any way to change the width, the height and the positions of each report in the html page? If yes can you please tell me an example? Because as you can see in the attached image4 the html page is not well designed. Or if there is any way to decrease the width between the roomtype and low season which is quite huge. I went to column properties of the report, I decreased the Column Width but nothing happens.
Grandparent records
I can handle parent-child relationships readily, but what about grandparent-parent-child relationships? For example, how can I put fields from those three levels into a report?
Query related records
Hi: I am trying to figure out if I can query related records on the save of a record with a look up field. I created an app in Creator called Work Order. Work Order has a look up to Products. In Products I have a lookup to Products for Parent Products. When a user saves a Work Order with a Product filled out, I would like to query on all the Child product records and created Work Order Lines. Is this possible? Thanks

Change the order of records in zoho creator report
As we know when we add a new record in a form then in the form report it shows it first. Always the first record is the last one in the report Example: 1st: Coffee 2nd: Sugar Coffee 3rd: Milk Sugar Coffee and so on. Is there any way to have the first record always first(in the report) and the others below it? Like: 1st: Coffee 2nd: Coffee Sugar 3nd: Coffee Sugar Milk
Lock an entry?
For example, is there a check box that can be added, only visible to the admin, that can lock an entire entry? In the report it would appear grayed out, but still readable? The application of this would be that if someone leaves a study, we still retain all their information but have a visible way of graying out the record in the report.
Change a bi-directional 'Dropdown' lookup field to 'Multiple Select'
I have an existing lookup field that relates Sales Invoices and Shipments. When I created the bi-directional relationship, it was a 'Dropdown' field. I would now like to enable multiple Sales Invoices to be tied to a single shipment. Can I change the lookup field to 'Multiple Select' in the Shipments Form i.e. to allow more than 1 Sales Invoice per Shipment (I don't need more than 1 Shipment per Sales Invoice)?
Formula with lookup
I have a calendar view in an application that shows shifts that specific people will work. Right now, it only shows the name, but I need it to show the shift time as well so that it is simple to check what time people are coming in. The names are selected from a lookup field. I thought that a formula field combining the name and shift time would work, but on the view, it shows record id, not the name. Is there a way to make it show the name, not the number?

Prevent "Click to wee the data" In Pivot Chart
I have a pivot chart in which I do NOT want users to be able to "Click to see the data" because the detailed data in the form includes information that users should not see. Is there any way to prevent the users from seeing the detail data? It would be nice if we could build a pivot chart from a view instead of only the form.

Why does the same code appear in each individual schedule?
Either this is a problem or this is just the dumbest most confusing user interface... So I create a new schedule, in my case I have 3 custom schedules. I set up the "When to do" part easy then click Save. Next i click "Next". I would expect zoho to take me to a blank code editor but instead it takes me to a code editor containing code from my other custom action. I'm not sure that a new custom action actually creates its own code, instead all the code is stored in the same place. What is the point
How to eliminate temporarily all the headings, and titles.
Is there a way to temporarily eliminate all the titles, headings, icons, etc. when viewing and entering data, so that there is more actual working space. Now the titles and headings occupy at least 1/3 of the space on the monitor. Maybe a screen view with only column titles and the remainder nothing but data.

ZOHO_CRITERIA in Zoho Creator Reports (dynamic filtering in Reports)
Hi, Can I use ZOHO_CRITERIA to pass parameters in URLS to filter data shown in Reports? I cant seem to get this done in Zoho Creator reports. I have a repprt that shows country data for all countries. I call this report from a View, which I would like to filter for the Country (row selected) in the View. It shows me all the countries which and does not filter. I fact, I get an error when tryin to use ZOHO_CRITERIA. Any help would be great Thanks! -Gabriel

Accessing variables amongst different fields

Email notification for sub forms and sub records
I have a form with some subforms. I would like to send an email notification that includes the submitted data. The email notification is sent with the fields and values of all types of fields in the form , but it only sends the ID of the subform and not any fields or raw. Trying To Link Lookup to Another Form so that fields will be auto filled.
As said in my subject title above, I'm trying to link my Lookup field to Another field in another form so that once I key in e.g. Name, the address of the person will be filled automatically. Zoho Creator Form Sharing
Is there something wrong with the Sharing feature in Creator? If I select multiple Sections to assign permissions, only the first will save correctly, then will not allow me to set additional permissions through the "Quick Invite" form. Then I click "Invite" and get the select boxes to click the sections and forms to share, but when I "select user" hangs. I can refresh and get the select users box to work, but I cannot seem to reach my goal of sharing multiple sections to one user.

A previously correctly worked form now has a problem to submit the form. The "Please wait" msg is displaying for long time and there is no data submit. It does in a strange way, since one kind of data can be submit correctly, chosen from the drop down list. Any idea? Thanks
Custom Action Returning wrong Recod
I have been a Zoho developer for over two years and used this capability numerous times.I have a custom action that passes the ID to a url that brings up a view. It worked fine for a while but now it returns the wrong record. I've called customer support and logged a problem with edit access but have heard absolutely nothing back thus far. This custom action is critical the functioning of the entire application. This is a new application I am developing for a very large organization new to Zoho.
Sent mail with the content of Lookup field
I read many post regarding sent mail with the content of Lookup field. The notification email doesn't show the content of Lookup field, instead, it shows the ID number. Anup has answered for one post as following In the new app builder interface the lookups by default is linked to the ID field. So when you set an email notification to get the exact data from the lookup field, you can set the field value as "input.Lookup_field_name.Field_name". Embed form no longer free?
Could you please clarify the position on embedding forms for free. I have a client with a very low throughput and the free option for up to three apps is all that is needed. However it is useless unless the forms can be embedded in his site. Zoho Creator allows me to do it and initially it appears to work - it does not display a login - but it comes up with the error message 'Invalid entries found. Please correct and submit again' when I put data in. Is that a symptom of the need to upgrade? If

Print the report summary for multiple records at the same time.
I have created a customized report summary for a report instead of using the default template. The only way I know to print this custom summary is to run the report and click on View Record next to one of the rows of the report. The problem is that I can only print one record (row) at a time. If I have a lot of records (rows) that I want to print in the custom report summary format, doing one at a time will be very time consuming. Square Register
I am working on an application that will act as a guestbook for a historic site. We offer tours and I have made the form calculate the cost and record cash payment. Now, I want to make the form open the Square Register app that is installed on the tablet the form will be open on. It would open the app when a user clicks a checkbox for credit. Changes to the Customer Portal last night?
This morning when people use the Customer Portal after entering their information they just get a blank screen. The url contains index.jsp?serviceurl=%Fuserhome%Fnull%Fdashboard Another problem If a person asks for a password reset they get a screen to enter their email and the word from the image in the box below. There is no image! Only a broken image link. I have tested this on different computers and different browsers.
