How do I include an uploaded document in an email notification on Creator?
Sending a notification to all users
This must be an easy on, but I can't figure it out myself. How do I configure the form notification in order to send an email to all users of the database each time a new record is successfully added. The only available variables in the To: field are "zoho.adminuserid" and "zoho.loginuserid" but there seems to be nothing to send the mail to all users, regardless their current login state.
Set project status to pending as long as current date is before start date
I'm Trying to create an automatic status for a project that will say "Pending" until the Start date of the project is reached. I tried creating a formula field called Status and tried to use an if statement with zoho.currentdate, but it didn't work. Can someone help?
How could zoho forms be integrated in my website?
Hello! I what to know how could zoho forms be integrated in my website? For example, I created a registration form. I want my clients to register with your Name and email. Then, I have an email verification form to be sent to the client to confirm their email. And when/after they click on the email confirmation link their account is created/added in my database. I created the sample form using the "Creator" app and added the "CRM" app in the form (have the CRM app as invisible for other users).
Simple Calculator with Zoho
Hey there, I have created with Excel a simple calculator. The topic is a plastic specification called MFI. There are three different kinds of MFI: MFI 2, MFI 5 and MFI 21 I have created the calculation between these three. The aim of the calculator is to calculate the other MFI´s if you have got one of them. I.E. you have got MFI 2 and you want MFI 5 / MFI 21. database sort issues
Why will my database not sort alphabetically. I only get 90% to sort using the sort and save feature. Please help
Try Editing Records via Record ID
I have tried to editing Records via Record ID(https://creator.zoho.com/jeremy.nagel/copy-of-teacher-database1/#Form:Teacher?recLinkID=<%=ID%>&viewLinkName=All_Teachers).It work fine and takes to record edit mode. But once I click on update button it redirects to this https://creator.zoho.com/appcreator/jsp/successpage.jsp page and wants to redirect to All Teacher view Any help appreciated.
Import multiple entries to stateless form

However, I thought that I would be able, as with a non-stateless form, to import/upload a file with multiple data entries to have them all update automatically. However, there does not seem to be a way to import data with a stateless form. Filter Zoho CRM Field and change columns?
I want to use a zoho crm field in my form. Its easy enough to use the drag and drop method of this but this seems to leave many issues. 1. When using the form and adding a value to the zoho crm field, how can i control what columns show in the popup window? The columns that currently show up when using the invoice module is the Subject, Status, and Grant Total. I want to change these columns and add a couple additional ones. How can this be done? 2. Function to Look-up User Name or Email
I recently imported a bunch of records from one table to another and lost all the zoho.loginuser names. Yea, I know...should have been more careful. What I'd like is a function that can lookup Zoho's SSO usernames based on zoho.loginuserid or vice versa. Problem with using the "select" task for a multiselect lookup list - data won't be saved.
Hi there, I'm trying to pass values in my form from a text field to a multiselect lookup-list (on user input). When a certain string is entered in the text field, the exact same value should get selected in the lookup-list. This works fine while I'm adding data to my form. The values in my lookup list get selected. BUT: When I submit the data, the selected values in the list won't be saved! Hi All I am a newbie both to databases and this particular method of creating them. I have made a form with the main primary field being the identifying name of an item. What I would like is that the name is clickable to an associated URL path, if there is no link I would still like to see the identifying name. I have used the URL field but it doesn't like a blank URL field and if I use just http:// it brings up a blank page (not very elegant). The important part of the URL field for me is the link

Form data formatting
Hi, I have a form which sends user input data to me via email notification but I want to know how to format that data in a presentable for in the email that I receive. For instance, one of the fields is a text box which can contain several hundred characters and I want to be able to condense that into a text box on the email, rather than just one long line of text. Anyone know how please?
Import Issue
Is anyone experiencing import issues? I exported the data to excel and when I went to import it back into the database an "Unexpected Error" occurs telling me to contact support. I have done this but have not heard anything back. Does anyone have any advice? I really need to get this figured out tonight. Thanks for any help.

Hi, My first problem (and it is important for us) is not run imputation to field. My applications is kind of survey. I didn't check Zoho Survey, because I need integration with Zoho CRM and i want send data to my service. We have one survey but six other way. So I did one general form and seven stateless forms. Hello all, I can see in the excellent article Style-based URLs that pretty much all parameters for a ZC form can be changed... However, I am not seeing an option to change the FIELD Border Color upon field entry. Right now, the default gray blue exists, however I need this to be a very specific green. Hello, I have a form where you can select which parts were purchased for a service order. The parts are selected from a 'parts' form which includes fields for 'Part Name' and 'Part Cost.' I've created a database of students. I've found it simple to filter the main list by instructor, program, age, etc and I'd like to be able to send an email to filtered selections of students. Bug with conditional syntax in new App Builder
Hi Zoho, I was debugging some code a colleague wrote. I eventually tracked it down to this issue: He wrote if((input.Shipping_Status = "Received") which is not valid syntax. It should have been. if((input.Shipping_Status == "Received") In this situation, I would expect the compiler to throw an error. It should not be possible to write if((input.Shipping_Status = "Received")That would invariably be a syntax error. I'm pretty sure the old app-builder didn't allow this.

I'm building a complaint form for our association that business owners can use to file complaints against members (and non-members) of our association. I want the business owner to be able to fill out a form, and have it posted to our complaints committee. I also want to display those filed complaints embedded in our website in a searchable form, but ONLY after the compaints committee has "approved" the complaint to be visible on the website. I can build the form, and have it submit to our committee.

Moving columns
I can not figure out how to move columns in Creator in a view. When I added a new column, it went to far right, and I find no way to move it into the column order I want.
