Is anyone experiencing problems with emails not being received by users from Zoho Creator today?
I have added three new accounts today to my version of Zoho Creator and not one of the users have received an automatically generated email inviting them to log into the system, which should normally happen. The emails are not appearing in their spam filters either. Has anyone else experienced any similar problems today?

Login using Username instead of email confusion
The login page for my Zoho Creator app asks for email and password. My users have a username that is not an email address. This has confused a few people. I think it should say email or username.
How to determin or edit Username
I am trying to configure access control by user name. My approach is to create a folder for ACL and type user name in it. This actually works. ACL == zoho.loginuser I just need to enter user name in ACL field in advance. The problem is that I do not know how Zoho system generates or determin the user name, and I am wondering if there is any way to edit the user name. decimal field, but won't register decimal places
Hi, i have a decimal field set up in zoho (2 decimal places) but when i put in a value with decimal places it doesn't accept it. how do i fix this?
hiding fields in views
I have a view that has something like 60 fields/columns. For each of my records, however, only 10-20 of those 60 fields may be filled in. The other 40-50 fields are empty. When I am viewing, I would only like to see the fields/columns that are actually filled in with data. If there is no data in a field, I would like to hide that field/column. Any idea how to do this?

New Zoho user - rookie question
Just attempting to enter "contacts" for the first time. Within that template is a space for "Account Name". Based on Zoho definition, an account is "companies or department within a company, with which you make busines dealings." I'm not at that point yet having just made cold calls to potential customers. QUESTION: If I put the company name in that slot, is it going to confuse future reports when I ACTUALLY do business with a company? How would I know the difference if I'm wanting to look
Image in Note field in new builder
In the new form builder a note field no longer has the image icon on the top. It does show in the old builder. Is this a minor over site or will there be a new way to add images to a note field? On a related note in either builder how do I add an image that is stored on my local computer to a note field. Herb Wexler
Changing the display type of view to "Grid" does not work
Should I have chosen "Grid" as a display type when I created the view? I tried to change the type from List to Grid, but the view was same. I changed to Calendar and Summary, and they worked fine. Is it an expected behavior? Thank you.
Checkbox list giving duplicate entries when changing text
When I change the text of items on a checkbox list I get the following error message. I am using chrome. I clear the message and continue typing and the new text is saved properly. This is not a show stopper but is irritating.
Allowing multiple login users to share Enterprise paid license
Hello, Since Zoho allows other users to share my application that I give access to through email IDs and by requiring them to create a Zoho account with a limited space and number of records, how can I make a group of users share a paid enterprise license which has more space and 100,000 record limit? My ideal scenario would be to have my application be internally shared by defined users that I can create in my application with a custom login screen. Combined View in the new interface - missing an option to choose related fileds
Is this documentation still valid? https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/views/create-a-combined-view.html I wanted to have a combined view, but I do not see an option to select fields. In addition, my combined view does not show fields from another view. The lookup filed shows a link to the other view. Of course, if I click on "Sample" in Group field, I can see the associated values, but I want to display as your example in the document shows. Is there any workaround to do in the new interface? Multiselect from lookup
Is there a way of populating a multi-select list using a lookup? We have several stock items that continuously change which are input/managed in a 'Service' form. I want to use a multi select list on another form 'Subs' that calls these items for selection. We need as we want to be able to select combinations of the current stock from the list. Either that or have a 'add new' lookup button that will great a new lookup line. Is there a way to do this or is this a limitation of creator?
Multiple developers
This suggestion is a follow up from the post https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/select-multiple-developers#2266000004395125 Zoho currently has a constraint where you can only set 1 developer per application. However, you can set multiple users as developers via the Manager User screen. Can Zoho please support multiple developers per application in future? As zoho creator applications grow in size & complexity, projects may require more than 1 developer.
Deluge System Variables for group
Is there any system variable for group? zoho.loginuser is just for logged in user. System variable for logged in group will be a great help. Field level access control by group will be possible. If there is no variable for it, are you planning to add it to the Deluge? Thank you.
Problems adding a User
I am trying to add a new user to our account (our plan is a Profession Plus which states we may have 25 and at the moment we only have 11). Every time I add this user and then try to Share a section of the program with him as I have with all the others I get a message which says Succes but then errorMsg:Null and he is not added to the Shared list. I notice that with all other users there is a name first and then the email address i.e. tharrison(email@address.co.uk) but with this user there is only

I have a couple html forms embedded with iframes. The place that's supposed to have (I assume) the zoho icon is broken. It says "Powered by" and then a broken image link. The image URL is resolving to this: https://creator.zoho.com/appcreator/live/01/images/ which obviously won't work. I don't mind having the link there - but I'd like it to point to a valid image. As this seems to be a system thing, I don't think there's anything I can do to fix it. Thoughts?

Hi we use creator linked in with our zoho crm, We have a database which lists our customers equipment and we have a report that groups equipment to the customer. The problem is once you do this I cannot find a way to search by the contacts details. We could when we did not group. Is this a fault or am i missing something?

Hiding subform formulas
I have a formula field LOGISTIC STATUS in my ASSET form. I have a form CONTRACTED ASSETS that contains the ASSET subform. I want to hide the formula fields from the subform in my CONTRACTED ASSETS form. Note, my requirement is that I want some forms to view the field and other forms to hide the formula. I have a code which is put in the View Code/Script Editor of the form of the Contact. It creates a Task and puts in the TextBoxes of the Task form, the Values from the ComboBoxes or TextBoxes from the Contact that the Task is created from. So in the form of the Contact, there is the new CommandButton4 that when I click on in the Contact, it creates the Task and the brings the Values from the ComboBoxes or TextBoxes from the Contact that the Task is created from to the TextBoxes in the Task created.

Invalid character set on confirmation email

Hi. I and a coworker have spent quite a bit of time looking for info on this and haven't been able to find anything that works. Here's what we're trying to do. We signed up for the free ZOHO account. We created a DB using Creator. It consists of names and addresses. The only way we want to use ZOHO is as a front end for entering data into this DB, kinda like Access.
