Change bidirectional field display type?
I have a bidirectional field that is currently a dropdown (single select) field, but I need to change this to a multiple select field. Unfortunately, Zoho does not let me create another bidirectional field or delete this one without losing data. Is there anyway around this?
Formula field not updated in Child form (Subform)
Hi, I have a Parent form (myParentForm) with the subform : myChildForm. In myChildForm I have a Formula field using the Lookup field related to myParentForm (this formula is to display a directlink to myParentForm record : href="http://....../" + input.<LookupField_to_myParentField> When I add rows in the subform, Formula field in myChildForm is not recalculated : href above stays with http://....../null instead of http://....../0123456. Can you make those formula fields update ? I know some workarround
Google Calendar API
I am trying to learn how to use the Google Calendar API to add an event created by Zoho Creator form to a Google Calendar. I have a main calendar set up in Google with subcalendars. I would like to be able to add an event to the specific Google sub-calendar when the form is submitted in Creator. I am currently using the Creator Calendar Feeds which work great, but I am not happy with the lag (calendar is not updated immediately). Decision Box Help
We were attempting to make a decision box that only showed the word "true" when it was checked and showed nothing (aka NULL) when the decision box was not checked. Right now, it says "false" when the decision box is not checked, and we do not want it to say that anymore. Is that possible? Thanks, Nicole

Dynamically Re-generate a Pivot Chart
I have a pivot chart that I would like to call through a "Custom Action" button that calls a function containing the OpenUrl. My question is, since data in the reports (i.e., Pivot tables, Pivot charts) are not automatically updated, how do I dynamically Re-generate the chart to refresh the new data through the script and without pressing on the little "gear" and clicking re-generate?? Syntax highlighting bug - parentheses
Until a few weeks ago the syntax highlighting feature was working for each set of opening and closing parentheses. I.e. "( ... )", "{ ... }" or "[ ... ]" for closed parentheses and "{" for an opening parenthesis that has not been closed. However, a platform update broke this feature. Can you please reinstate it ASAP as it makes it hard to spot where missing parentheses should be added.

unable to save script in edit view / free-flow script mode
The "updating script" message is displayed but the script is never saved. This applies even if no changes are made to the script. The same applies to all views in my app.

Multiple Select field very slow/not responsive
I have a form that has 2 multiple select fields, one for COUNTRY and the other for POSTCODE/STATE. The POSTCODE/STATE is dependant on the COUNTRY field. When I select the COUNTRY option that contains a lot of data, the POSTCODE/STATE field takes too long to populate. I end up closing it after waiting for several minutes with no response. Multiple select removing values not displayed correctly

Update a multi-select field via function
Hey, I'm trying to have a value selected in a multiselect lookup field via a function - I'm stuck on getting the 'fetched record' updated because The Left expression is of type STRINGLIST and the right expression is of type STRING and the operator == is not valid here Anyone have any idea how to get around this? Forms - import forms from an old account
I started a few weeks ago in Zoho and I originally set up a number of forms. Our business looks to be changing name as so I need to get the form onto the new account, as I cannot use the user name. This is because when we link the forms, they have our old business name, and for legal reasons it looks like I need to change this. So I have registered a new account, but I need to import somehow the forms from the old account. I also need to transfer the plan. Can anyone help me??? Thank you
'If..else if' conditions
I'm stuck on the 'if...else if' condition. Let's say that i have a list of sectors and different lists of subsectors, each one exclusively reffered to one of the sectors from the first list. Let's say that i have a table of all the clients that i'm working for. I'd like, for each client, to specify the sector they belong to: here it's easy with the dropdown menu for example. Then, i'd like that, once i choose one sector, in the subsector column only the proper subsectors list will appear.

How do I create a change log of the data entered?
I would like to create a log of the changes to the data entered in my application and who made the change. Either I want to show the old and new value or, I want to record the old value when I input a new value. The problem is, that when a record is created, if I try to use the On User Input function, the ID for the record is not known until the form is submitted so the log can not record the initial value along with the ID when the record is created. I can see we could build the form but is it possible for this more complex survey (40 questions 4-5 response options) how and where would it store the data and how would we get to it to do the analysis. Telephone number error
I have made a simple Contact Us form and no matter how I enter the telephone number it comes up with an error message - Enter a valid number for Telephone Number. Have tried every way I know including putting country code in front of it but still get the message. Suggestions? - jb
Dates and Aggregate Records
A simple task: find the latest entry in a database based on an input date. I have a stateless form with a date field. After entering a date, the aggregate record task would find the latest entry for that date. filter function for reports
Hi, I am having trouble with the "filter function". In one form, I had a check box function titled "Type" and there were two options to check either "regular" or "away". I want to filter and only show the "regular" type but when I put the type in the filter box to generate the report it says it is unknown. How do I use the filter to filter from a checkbox or drop down menu with text in it? Thanks, Rebecca
Form performing slowly
