Custom action to edit all records at once
Hi everyone, I know how to script a custom action and add it to a view, so I can bulk edit many records at a time. But it seems to me that it is limited to 200 records at a time. I have more than 5000 records and need to do a lot of bulk editing. How can I run a script through all my records, in order to edit some fields, in a one-time operation? Thanks Patrice

PHP JSON Data Request using Zoho Creator API
Using PHP Is it possible to request data from a table or view without using a post form method. For example, can I get the data similarly to this process https://api.creator.zoho.com/REST-API-View-Records-in-View.html But then store the data into a variable and then loop through the data in php. The only example given in the above URL is a Form Post. I want to execute the url and store the json data into a variable so I can then loop through the data to extract what I need and then display it.

The Dollar Sign Problem
It is impossible to add a simple Dollar sign to a string. The following expression will result in an unidentifiable error: text = "$" + someOtherText; This is strange because just initialising a string variable with a Dollar sign is no problem. The following statement is just fine: text = "$234.00"; But you can’t write: text = "$" + "234.00"; // error! THE Workaround: instead of “$” use the html escape code “$”. Deleting from Sub-Form only deletes one side of relationship - Not the record

Trying to get Field IDs to display Labels
This should be a simple thing, but I'm a little dense. I am creating records that use lookups. I can't figure out how to get the selection to show up as the label. Right now all I'm getting is the Unique ID, which isn't helpful to the user. Any ideas where I should be looking?
Formula Field showing form data but at the same time being a URL refference
Hi, it is common to use a formula field to display a link to a detailed view for the record. for example "Contact Detali" My question is how I can use the name of the contact (e.g. input.Name) , instead of a hard coded text (e.g. Contact Detail). launching Skype with hyperlink
With the wonderful little tool for launching Skype out of CRM, it got me to wondering/playing to see if it could work in Creator. I've come oh-so-close, but not quite. I've used a notes field to simply create a 'DIAL' with hyperlink that launches: <other> skype: +xx?call This is enough to open skype and attempt the call. Now I'm looking for some advice on how we might be able to incorporate the phone number from within the form. I've tried all kinds of quote/bracketing without success: skype:
'Access this Application' link has DISSAPEARED!
This is a HUGE navigation issue that is making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to work. Replicate problem: - click on Creator Icon from the list of applications from the HOME screen - you get a list of your applications... click on the application to access - you get a list of views and forms etc... click on 'EDIT THIS APPLICATION' - takes you to edit screen. PROBLEM - once here, there USED to be a link 'ACCESS THIS APPLICATION' that would take you back to the views and form so you can actually view your DATA

Report accuracy
We have a system with over 8000 records. Our reports are inaccurate and even after refreshing they are still inaccurate. We also need to do multiple "regenerations" in order to get the accurate information. I have enable "edit access" to my applications. Please can you investigate and respond? Stretch a not filed across 2 columns
I created a form using the default 2 columns. At the bottom of the form, I need to stretch a note field that has 2 paragraphs of information that the user must agree to before submitting the form. Ho do I get this note filed to stretch across both columns instead of being bunched up in the left column? Thanks!

Custom CRM fields in an application?
When I add a reference to Zoho CRM to an application, I can select a module (i.e. Contacts). Then the application user is presented with the ability to look up contacts to select or add a new contact. 1. What I want to do is skip the look up portion and have them create a new contact. How do I do this? 2. The Quick Create dialog for the new contact only lists a couple of fields. How can I designate more, and can custom fields from our CRM be included in this dialog? Thanks

Business Free Plan
I'm with Zoho creator since 2008, I have seen all your up and down features, and one of thing you really don't bother is disturb your existing users. Previously I had 5 users, logo, 10 Apps and backup plan included. Suddenly I noticed my plan shifted from Business Free to Personal Free. Now I'm getting 2 users, No backup, No logo and 3 apps. It feels like bluff, this is not the way you treat with your loyal users. I will really appreciate, pls remain me in my existing plan.
