How do I implement Conditional Mandatory in a form? for example, if one field's value == XYZ, then another field becomes Mandatory. How can I implement this? Thanks.!!!!

How to check if an email address is already in my database.
I want to write a script that takes the information from my donation field and checks the email address against the contributor database. If they are not in the list, I want it to send an email to the address with a form for them to fill out and enter their information. Lookup Sorting
Hi I've got a lookup field in a form which is Bi-Directional. It shows a consignment number and postage date on its advance display options. When the user is in the main form selecting this, they select a consignment number which has already been created in the lookups form. However, it shows the oldest date first in the list, and I want the lookup to sort by the newest date so the user doesnt have to scroll through lots of historic consignments. Some Fields not clickable in a form
Hi I have a simple form with couple of single line, multi line and file upload fields. The single fields when I click using mouse I get the typing cursor. For multi-line field when I click on the upper part of the multiline field I get the typing cursor, but when I move the mouse to the lower half of the multiline filed, mouse cursor changes to arrow and when I click I don't get typing cursor. Form response conditional on checkboxes
Sorry - I'm sure I'm being dim here. I am trying to complete a form which restaurants and bars complete to report their weekly sales. I have three check boxes at the beginning of the form- Food Drink Accommodation (for hotels) I want the form to reduce or expand depending on how many they tick. Cryptic error msg
Does anyone know what this error message means? I have a function that does a for each through one table and matches to another table based on one field. If a match is found then some fields are updated. I don't know if this error is from a mismatch on some field data or I'm over some Zoho processing limit or something totally different. Zoho Creator Mobile - Search
I have been able to access my Zoho Creator applications on my mobile device, but i am not finding a way to search the database for specific records. It appears that I can only filter and then scroll through all my records to get to the one I am looking for. Is this correct or am I missing something? If there currently is no search functionality, is there a plan to have this as an enhancement in the near furture? Thank you!

Email an HTML View
My client has a report generated using html and populated with values from a database. While we can export to a PDF and then email this report, a more elegant feature would be to click to email, and have Creator take on this task. Any ideas? By the way: A potential bug. Hi, I'm trying out the trial version to see if this software will work for our non-profit. I'm totally new at this and have no programming experience. I've got a contact form that I'm happy with but for one thing. I have a drop down field that has 3 school districts listed as choices. The next field I want is School, but I want the School field to be populated with choices based on what was selected in the districts field. How do I do that? Thanks in advance for any help.

CRM Integration Problem
I built a form with a CRM lookup field to Accounts. When I add a record in this form I can click on the hyperlink in View and go directly to the Account in CRM. That is great. My problem is I have imported many records into my form with Account names that were not created in CRM, the Accounts were imported into CRM as well, so the Account name matches. I can't seem to find a way to match CRM Account ID with my imported Account names in Creator. Now, when I select the hyperlink in Creator View I get

Integration/Linking problems with Creator
I have imported Accounts and Contacts in CRM. I have an application in Creator that has fields Account & Contacts that need to relate back to the Accounts and Contacts in CRM. My fields in Creator are linked by ZOHO CRM lookup fields. If I add a new record in Creator using the lookup field everything works fine. I can connect directly to the Account/Contacts in CRM by selecting the hyperlink in my Creator View. My problem is when I import my many records from our old application into the new Creator
