Getting the ID of a subform entry in the same manner as an ID is returned by Insert Record
Hi When you create a record using insert Record you an get the ID back as a variable So when you create an entry or entries in a Subform any way to get the ID back in the same or similar fashion ? Thanks

Change display width for "view record" display in a view
When I view a single record using the "view record" feature in a Creator View, the two columns are much too wide, presumably because there are long interview questions and answers in my employment application form. Can this be controlled? Thanks Henry

update multiple rows with fetch
Hi All, I have a form 'Stock' with 2 rows of data 'A' and 'B' for different quality of same stock. Another input form will have values that I want to add to both rows on submit. by add i mean if row A stock has a column with 10 and the input for that column is 10, then the new value will be 20 in the stock form. I've got fetch working for one row A, but would like to know how to perform fetch and update for both on same submit? Should I perform a second fetch? Thx, Rob
Search ID by contains
Would be helpful if you can search the ID by contains, it is such a long number that typing it in complete for "is" is prone to errors i end up making a string version of it and storing it but for every form it gets tiring

Clear Picklist is a client side function. Why can it not be used in a custom client side button? I get this message. Error at line 73 : 'hide | show | enable | disable | clear ' can be used only in 'on load' and 'on user input' actions I would think that onClick on a stateless form custom button would be considered a 'on user input' action. tt

Hi, Created a chart as a view. With on the x-axis the date. But it shows the dates in an unordered fashion: 4-feb 11-feb 3-feb Strange? I would be obliged if you could give me a hint where to look for to get it ordered by date.

How do you export a report as a PDF with the filters intact?
Hello, I want my users to be able to export reports to CSV, XLS, or PDF. I see that currently only PDF is supported. However, even this functionality is severed limited if the PDF doesn't preserve the filters that the user has set. Is there a way to work around this issue? Or is this already possible and I'm just missing it? And/or can this be added as a feature? Regards, - Kevin

Dear Sirs, I am currently working on Zoho Creator to set-up a database for product samples. I have 2 app. Both with only one form and one view. The first app is to create new samples from a form (Create_Sample) or view/modify/delete them from a view (View/Modify_Sample) Sometimes, we need to pack several samples in one box (to send them to another place for example) So I have a second app in order to create a new box from a form (Create_Box) or view/modify/delete these boxes from a view (View/Modify_Box).
Inserting table field in a form
Zoho Creator has various basic fields to drag and drop onto the form, but I have found no way to insert a simple table into a form. I hope to create a table with two columns and five rows. Under the first column will be a list of car brands (Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Nissan, and Honda). Under the second column will be five cells for the user to input the number of each brand sold during the month. Is this possible in Zoho? Thanks for your help!
Add CSS control
I like Zoho and it's features, but the fact I can't adjust the look and feel of the embedded application to match my site's look and feel makes the thing unusable. I can't even adjust the width properly on the iframe, Zoho's formating overrides!. So, I can't use it, it doesn't let me do what I want. cjmcqueen

Customize Permalink Form Properties and Look and Feel Missing
Though the Help text and graphics show it, there is presently no option to customize the form properties before pasting it into a website. It is missing from the form. Has it been taken offline?
Reports and Views jpg.
I wish Zoho Creator could send views as jpg. and also reports as jpg. why is that not supported and also it would be great if the view would be exported the same way that it is displayed . It lets You set the display tab but when the view is exported or sent as attachment it doesn't come the same way.

Hi, I have created an app (with a free plan) using Custom Filters in some views. It runs propertly accessing the App throught Zoho Creator, but It doesn't in embed code. Can you pass a parameter into an HTML page (with an embedded view)? I would like to search my database for a specific record and then display my HTML page with the embedded view, (I dont want to write the HTML code if possible as the embedded view is all that I need. Any examples much appreciated.

Subtotaling Multiple Records from a different DB
In Zoho Creator, I have a Project DB with each project having a unique ID. I have another DB for Price Estimates of various elements of a given project-- each estimate is entered separately as a record in the Price Estimate DB with a Project ID pulled from the Project DB. So, in the Estimate DB I have several records with the same Project ID. How can I have the SUBTOTAL of all the Estimate records with the same Project ID appear in a field in the Project DB? Emergency need zoho.invoice.getInvoices() to see more than 200 invoices.
When I run this script it limits at 200 Invoices. I have to be able to loop through all invoices to check status and balance of the invoice. Summary View Column width
I've noticed that it is possible to change the width of the columns in a list view but is there a way I can change the width of the left column in a summary view? Right now, the left column (with the headings) is the same width as the corresponding information (in the summary view). I would like to make it so that the information column is always wider than the headings column. Thank you.

Hi, I've created and HTML view which includes an image. In the HTML view I have the print and pdf options = true. When I click on the print option in live mode the image is displayed with the rest of the data, but when I choose pdf the image doesn't render. Any ideas?

How do I get a formula field to equal the result of a radio field?
I'm trying to put a formula field into a form and I want it to display the result of a single radio field in the same form (text). What would I need to put in the expression? All Apps have disappeared from users and admins home page
Yesterday, all users have lost their list of shared applications on the home page. Including the administrators. We can still log in if we go strait to the application, but I nor the other administrators can now administer or manage the apps. I have read that enabling a certain level integration will Google Apps will cause this problem. However we have not made any recent changes along this line. We do allow using login through Google, but this has been in effect a long time.
lookup fields with autopopulate
I have a database that has Club Numbers along with the members in each club. What I am trying to do is when they choose the Club Number from a drop down it then goes to the member number field and I can choose the member number associated with that certain club and then it autopopulates the rest of the information in that member record( for example their 20 scores on file).
