Is there a way to export all contact from the CRM into an spread sheet (excel file) and download it onto the computer

Industry field is there in leads but not in contacts.....how can i add there as i want to trigger some rules based on that....i want to use same industry set as in leads

Ammending Quote Layout
Hi The quote layout seems to be determined by Inventory Layout > Quote Layout I can't see how to edit the quote layout? The normal edit page does not let me have full access to the Product Section and other information does not show on the Quote printout I am getting Thanks
Save files directly to account
We do a lot of work that generates spreedsheets and pdf for clients. Right not we save it onto computer then upload to CRM. I there a way that we can save this directly into the account saving the step?

Two basic questions. 1. Is there a way to make an Event as completed? 2. When your adding a task, event or call and your associating that action with an Account that is not in the CRM you are given the ability create a new Account. But is there a way to tie it to a vendor or create a quick vendor?
