Cannot remove documents from a workspace

How to use separate color in one cell ( xls)
I am trying to use the Zoho Doc for status check with some others. One important thing it needs is to mark words in different colors. As far as I find now, one cell can use one color of font only. Is that correct?
Embeded spreadsheet no longer displaying on Yahoo site.
I recently had to upgrade to the latest and greatest Dreamweaver in order to change the security protocols when uploading to a website hosted by Yahoo. This other site: www.hdtpa.com no longer displays the spreadsheet in the Vew Teams. No changes have been made, it just stopped working. I'm wondering if the new security protocols might be affecting this website also? Any ideas? Does anyone else have this problem? Amy

Date and Time Format
About 3 years ago someone posted a question about date and time formats being set to the US format. Whatever display format is set, one must enter up the dates in this format, eg. 30th April must be entered in the cells as "4/30" and not "30/4". This was declared to be on the road map for change, and this was three years ago now. Are the Zoho development team aware that the good old USA is actually the only country in the world that uses this back-to-front date entry format? It's a total deal-breaker

Doc pdf files downloading slow..... loading message goes round and round
Team, I am testing the DOC platform and have not found an acceptable way to access pdf files saved on the platform. When you select a PDF file (upload pdf or Zoho pdf) the loading speed on IE and Chrome is poor. Is this a systematic issue with PDF file types? Please provide what we can expect with PDF files. How do I remove carriage returns from a document?
I have a document that I'm bringing into Zoho Docs. Each line has a carriage return that I want to remove. I know how to do this in many word processors -- searching and replacing -- but: 1. I don't see how I can view the carriage return characters in Zoho Docs. Is this not possible? 2. In the Find and Replace, I can't see a way to enter these characters, or to enable regular expressions. Any help here? Thanks.

Published Spreadsheet Snippet BAD
Since your maintenance last night, my published snippets of spreadsheet are screwed up! I tried editing the code with an updated snippet but it came out the same way! Look at the In-Stock Chart on this page: BL803 at SRI. Pics attached. The chart is supposed to look like a piece of normal spreadsheet!!! Please fix this problem right away! Hi, I tryied doing this is Google Docs and was unable, so I want to know if it's possible to do it on Zoho. I want a Background Image on my document fitting the whole page, a paper craft texture. Workspaces
So far I love the workspaces........ When I add files or folders to my workspace, it looks like these files are still in their original location. So if anyone in the workspace make a change to the file that is in the workspace, will it also be reflected on the original file? I would just hate to have to versions of one file on my docs or even worse, have to remember where I got the original file from in order to copy the latest version back to the original location Is there a way to just LINK
Generating PDF / Printing using Browser
These funcions seem to be down at the moment. When trying to generate a PDF to print (word document). It just keeps pending (Stating "Generating PDF for print...), if trying to print to browser, nothing happens. I have tried both with Chrome and Firefox.

Changing user name
When I signed up for Zoho Docs, it defaulted to my username being the same as my email address but with "Periods (.)" in between where the @ symbol and the - dash in my email address. This user name is too long. It also provides a headache when wanting to email attachements to my account. I went everywhere to try to change this but have had no success. Can you tell me how to change this?

Users vs Storage
Currently I have the free plan but it looks like this is for me so I want to upgrade to the premium but I need some clarification on the user vs storage of the premium plan. Im looking at adding 2 users and taking advantage of the extra $3 a month for another 5GB. Now will I get a total of 15 GB ( 5GB for each user and the 5 extra GB I purchases ) or will I only get 10? First time error "unable to open xls file"

We are trying to open a new excel we uploaded and we are getting "unable to open xls file" We can download the document and work on it and upload the document. Adding documents you don't own to multiple shared workspaces
Here it the scenario. • As a company we have one shared workspace that is our central repository. • We have a dummy user that owns the shared workspace so that it is not tied to any one individual who may not be with the company for ever. • We migrated all of our google docs and uploaded them to the shared workspace in the hierarchy we want • A new project comes up that we create a shared workspace just for that project. Some of the existing documents along with new ones will be added to this workspace.
copy and paste using right click on a mouse
when i open a document in zoho docs i would like to be able to use my mouse to highlight text and copy it. subsequently i would like to paste the text into a notepad document. zoho docs does not allow me do this. I must use command c and command v instead.
