Authentification Failed using Zoho plugin for Excel
I am having problems trying to login using the Excel zoho plug in but I keep getting an authentification failed message. I know my username and password are valid as I can login via the website, just not using the zoho plugin in Excel or Word. I am using Office 2010 on Windows XP. Strangely, this did used to work via the plugin some months ago but not now. Any ideas ?
cannot save any kind of documents!
Hi, We have been experiencing problems all day long during with all zoho docs suites (sheet, documents and show). First, we couldn't open documents at all, just the first time, when no documentid was set. It seemed that, when trying to open a document with a given documentid, zoho couldn't answer the petition. Anyway, this seem to have been fixed at the moment. Now, the problem we have is that we cannot save any kind of document, we always get an error back from the editor (document cannot be saved).

Make sharing and collaborating simpler, implement a right click share file or folder with no login required as do google docs. Having the ability to collaborate immediately on content is very powerful then if the collaboration is to continue you can get the end user to create an account and tighten security.

Suppress Invite Emails?
I'm evaluating Zoho Docs for our corporate use. I have a series of workspaces, such as Finance, Legal ,etc. Most of our employees are in each one in some fashion or other. Is it possible to not send a zillion (technical term) invite emails if and when I go live? Can I suppress the invite emails for every shared workspace? When new users are added to the company they will see all of the shared workspaces they are allowed to see, so the emails serve no purpose for us. Thanks for your answer.
Zoho Docs: Too Many Glitches
Tried setting up Zoho Docs for a client and, in the end, had to give up. I was uploading folders to Workspaces and discovered that subfolders with the same name as the main folder didn't upload properly. Worse than that was when trying to move folders using drag and drop, I lost several folders. Searching for files that were in the folders would work, but since the search doesn't provide the path, the folders were still missing. Also, moving folders around created some strange behavior in the sidebar...duplicate

Trouble with font size in Zoho Spreadsheet
I have not been able to view or edit the font size of any text within my public spreadsheet while using Internet Explorer. I have tried selecting multiple and single cells, as well as selecting multiple and single characters within a cell, but the problem persists. Problem with "save as" feature
Need help! As I understand version 3 the "save as" feature is the only way to save a document--I cannot find a "save" feature. This is problematic for published documents. After editing a document, even when saving under the same name, I find that I must go through the process of re-publishing the document (with the new link) otherwise the existing links which have been distributed to others will link to the pre-saved version of the document.
Excel plugin - Error occured while getting files from zoho
Hi, I am using Zoho UI and also the MS office plugin mainly to "sync" my local spreadsheets with the one on Zoho. While the online UI works fine, since today I got the error message from Excel zoho plugin when either trying to open from Zoho or Save As -> Error occured while getting files from zoho Then I must click OK and it opens the zoho docs windows (files from docs.zoho.com) but of course it's blank so useless. Trouble with font size on Zoho Spreadsheet using IE
I have a spreadsheet that while using Internet Explorer I cannot edit the font size of any text within the document. I have tried selecting multiple & single cells, as well as single & multiple characters within a cell to try to modify the font size. Bulk upload
Hi, Bulk upload used to work fine, but now I cannot use it anymore. All I see is a white screen under "select a file to download". I have upgraded flashplayer but that didn't help. I use IE9 but also for Chrome it doesn't work. This really affects my business, so a fast solution is appreciated. Zoho Docs issue - Docs that were checked out, missing from folder
We are having a major difficulty checking out docs. The Situation: We checked out several files from a Workspace folder The problem:We are unable to see these files in the folder anymore. Is there any other place checked out files are supposed to be accessed through? Note that when we search individually for these files, they do appear in the search results window. But even there, its hard to tell what folder they are residing in. Please take a look into this and help..

Embedding a read-only sortable table in a web page
I'm looking to add a table of data to my web page which has seven columns and approx 180 rows. I simply want my web site vistitors to be able to sort data in each of the columns (rank dataset by each column header) but without any further edit rights. Can ZOHO support this?
