Cannot get rid of white lines

Global (U.K.) Collaboration and Access - Troubleshooting
Hello, We have created a spreadsheet for our organization that we would like a select group of people globally to be able to access and edit. I have shared this document with "Collaborators Only" and have entered the email addresses of the collaborators. The people in the U.S. seem to have no issues accessing the document. The two people in the U.K. cannot. I've asked for screenshots, ensured that they are using the proper email addresses to log in, etc. and it doesn't show any shared documents

Can Zoho Docs allow users to upload to a folder but not delete?
6 Total users - 1 administrator/5 users (uploaders/view files) I have 5 users who need to upload/view documents/files to a main shared folder/subfolders, but I do not want to allow them to delete any documents. I only want 1 administrator to be able to delete documents. Is this possible is Zoho Docs? Additionally, would the users be able to download the files also? Thank you.
Look for documents and know container folder
I find the difficulty that in the web application of zoho docs, need look for documents and know in which container folder to access it and select other files, i add image of how Dropbox does it. Is it possible to do this in zoho?
Drop box to Zoho Docs sync not working
Searched a few topics on this but found no resolution. Trying to sync my Dropbox folders to Zoho Docs, synchronisation set up successfully > one time sync started > message "Synchronisation complete" > result is still no folders appear in Zoho Docs. This is for a paid account. Please advise.

Zoho Docs collaborator not able to upload and create any new docs
Our team of 5 just started using zoho docs 2 weeks ago to keep our files together, all with admin access and 5G storage One of our collaborators on Zoho docs for some reason cannot upload or create anything, but can only see what others have shared with him. Word document, jpeg, pdf, you name it, all are not usable. the error message is : " file exceed user limit " what limit? he has not used any of his 5G, the doc he wants to upload is a one page word doc Please help!!

Publicity of Zoho Docs
Hello, I have a website I am creating locally. Some of the information is confidential and it can't be publicly displayed. If I go to this link and drop my excel file into the viewer, will it be publicly available to any user on Zoho? Or does the file get altered to appear on a webpage and that's all it does? Sorry if the question is confusing, if you need me to elaborate I can. Essentially, I want to make sure my docs aren't publicly viewable or if there is a way to make them private. Thanks, Tim
Converting Google sheets to Zoho Sheets
Hello, I'm trying to convert my templates from google sheets to zoho sheets, however when I did so all my formulas in the template seems to be broken and can't seem to have it work when I just type in the formula on zoho. The formula I usually used is Index, Match which would look up from one sheet to another. Could anyone here assist me in writing the formula to zoho sheets. Organization-based collaboration
I have a sheet with visibility set to "Everyone in OrganizationName". I have checked the box that says "Allow everyone to find and access and "Whoever accesses can: Read/Write". Users in the Organization can access the sheet if I give them the link but they can't find the sheet through the "Docs" view. How do we share sheets across the Organization without explicitly sharing with individuals? How does one "find" a sheet that is visible across the Organization but not explicitly shared?

Embedded sheet not displaying in Firefox Quantum
After the last update of Firefox (57.0), embedded sheets do not get displayed; Firefox starts using too much CPU and fills all system memory (8GB). For test you can look at my page: http://kadifeli.com/fedon/bordro.php To replicate the problem you may have to reload the page a few times. When I login to Zoho and try to edit the same sheet in https://docs.zoho.com/ I do not have the same problem. I restarted Firefox in "safe mode" and the same problem persists. Note: I am running Firefox Quantum 64-bit
Custom download page (and support issues)
I've been using Zoho Workplace for several days now (a paid account, not a free one) and I like it for the most part, but I must say support has been non-existent so far. I had a question two days ago. I have since emailed it to support@zohoworkplace.com, support@zohodocs.com, support@zohocorp.com, support@zohoaccounts.com and even sales@zohocorp.com. My message to support@zohodocs.com elicited an automated reply which assigned me a Request ID. Other than that, there has been no response whatsoever.

How to export docs of a user?
In Zoho mail there is a way (from the super admin) to export an entire email account as a backup. My question is, if there is any way in Docs to export all the Zoho Docs of a user. Maybe to search by author name?? Or something else?

I just got the Zoho Docs app yesterday, and actually have spent 3.5 hours trying to make the thumbnail image show. I see discussions have been going on for years, and finally I saw the most recent date of a reply, in early October. But it says "We are working on this 'already' (in context it's not already) and my android app has a place to turn it on. So I figured it HAD to be possible. If the feature is still coming, can you make it clear? I'm extremely grumpy having spent all that time searching

This error comes in zoho docs, writer, show and sheets, and has no physical effect other than be annoying and cover up buttons at the top of the screen in zoho writer (such the three buttons in the top right). How can I get rid of this? Refreshing the page temporarily stops the error message, however in 30 seconds it reappears.

Hi, I am using zoho docs as main storage cloud solution to sync my laptop files. I found it's a good solution to prevent information lost. But i found recently, some of my files are 100BM and above, that's not a problem with docs, but when i edit those files on my laptop, a new revision is created in docs, so i have filled my quota space really fast because of this. I tried to delete old revisions but didn't find such option on web or iOS app. What can i do to prevent versioning this kind of "big"

iMac doesnt want to open zoho docs for desktop
When I try to open it tells me "“Zoho Docs” can’t be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed." and I can´t do anything else than press OK so nothing happens. Anybody having a similar experience?

I can't open a *.doc file that is an attachment to an email. Zoho docs is associated with *.doc on my system. I am using theBat for my email. It is a desktop email client. Windows 10. I get the message, "Oops. Zoho Docs cannot process "C:Users\ssnmath\appdata\local\temp\bat\beta_template.doc"." Shouldn't opening the file bring up Zoho Docs in my web browser (Firefox)?
Deleted users and their documents
Dear Zoho Docs Team, I have already mentioned that problem before (theoretically) and now i got it practically. Just imagine: * we have tens of users * they uploaded and added to workspaces HUNDREDS of documents * some of users were fired * we deleted some of them from Zoho Business because we do not want to pay for users that do not exist * all documents that were uploaded by them and used by other users are GONE What should we do? Hi, In the synced folder at my desktop the size is shown 1.3 GB where as at your storage details it is showing 6.26 GB. My trash is clean. Would you guys please fix the issue....
