Folder reference broken when moving between organizational users
I moved a fairly large folder (200+ files) from my account to the d62qdirector account in our organization and the contents disappeared, but not the folder. In the destination it resulted in the folder existing there with the only content being a cyclical reference to the parent folder. So you go from A containing folder B which in turn contains folder A. Getting Frustrated with Writer & CRM Docs
I have been playing around now for hours with docs / writer in CRM and am getting to the point where I feel it is not fit for purpose Unless I am thick ( and I hope I am because i need this to work ) docs / write can't do the following. Letter size 11 not saved, remote writer
Hello, I have text in the remote writer, with lettertype 10 ( Times New roman), when I change the size to 11 and save it. and then reopen it in our remote writer, it takes again the previous size, (10). How do I sync online files to the ones on my PC?
I´vejust downloaded Zoho Docs Sync. Whenver I change smth on my desktop files, it gets automatically updated on the online folder but when I make any chnges on the online file it does not reflect on the file on the computer. Any tips? Thanks in advance
Unable to view shared documents on mobile or Android app
Hi Apologies for posting a complete noob question but I've checked the forums and can't see that anyone else has asked this. I am testing under the free 5gb account (not the trial account) before deciding whether to recommend purchasing. All seemed fine until I shared folders/docs with a collaborator. Transparent images in pdf results background as black color
We are generating a PDF using tcpdf. The source content of the pdf is coming from text editor. All PDF documents are displaying fine in zoho docs. i have created few PDF with transparent images. Cannot Export or E-mail Zoho Doc
I have had this 2 times now, first with zoho presentation and now with zoho docs. I cannot export, download, or even email a document to me. I have "checked out" the files, I have "checked in" the files and tried again. When I try to email, it simply says, "Problem in sending email. Please try again later." Need more explanations on Zoho Dos standard plan
Currently my org have 10 users. All use less than 5% of their storage, except me. My Zoho Docs account complains "Storage Space Exceeds " Since other users don't use Docs very much, it makes perfect sense for me to upgrade my account only. AKA. 1 paid users + 9 free users My questions are: 1. Can I just make my account a Standard user and keep the other 9 Free users? 2. Is the 50GB storage shared among all 10 users or only for the Standard User, and others 9 still have the 1GB limit?

Recent Pricing Changes
Hello, As I've been away it's only this week that I've come into contact with the new pricing structure. The biggest grievance I have at this point is being forced to pay for 5 users when there is only me. I really don't understand this logic. I would also add that in check back over my emails over the last few months there was absolutely no announcement that pricing was going to change on any of my subscriptions. Auto detect language for spellcheck is not working.
Hello Zoho! I got tired of seeing my whole document underlined with red when writing in a foreign language (Spanish is the case right now) so I checked the settings and saw that the magical option "auto"(detect) was on, and even though it was already like that by default, I selected that option again and it seemed to work because the red underlined just disappeared (yei!); the problem came back when I reloaded the document and I started to see that beautiful red line under my text once again. Freezing rows makes buttons disappear

Using Docs API function /folders to get all subfolders in one call
Hello, Im trying to get a list of all folders and subfolders that I have in Zoho Docs The main problem is that when I use the function Folder it only provides me the folders that are placed in root. If I want to get the subfolders of each folder I have to recall the /folders function again passing the ID of the folder that I want to get the subfolders as a parameter. This is so annoying. Every one who is logged in is struggling lately to put information on, when we put information into a cell it, it wont let the box move somewhere else. This has been happening for a few days and unable to update information. I have tried to log all users out and re sign in. Replica files on my original Dropbox because of Zoho.
I use Zoho on my work computer so I can edit, online, the dropbox docs from my lap top. My lap top has the original dropbox program connected to my C drive. I synced 3 dropbox folders to Zoho. Then, when I go back to my dropbox on my lap top, those 3 folders each have replica files of the other two folders. i.e. suppose each folder had 15 files each. Now each folder contains 45 files and all 3 folders hold the same 45 files. Effectively, syncing caused the the folders to merge. I'm not sure if this
You dont have permission to access Zoho Docs
Good morning This morning one of our staff was not able to access Zoho Docs. He is able to login and access Zoho Mail, but when he tries to access Zoho Docs, he gets the message "You dont have permission to access Zoho Docs" Funnily, I am able to access the spreadsheet that he had shared with me previously.
Getting sync to work again after change TFA credentials
I have had zoho docs for linux syncing fine, but removed the application-specific credentials from my account settings and regenerated them. In the zoho docs sync application in my toolbar I couldn't find a way to change my password anywhere in "Preferences". Rather than disable and re-enable sync like I probably should have I quit the zoho docs app in the toolbar and restarted it. Now "Preferences" is no longer an option - my right-click menu only contains "Login", "Configure Proxy", "Go to Zoho
